PS4 Midnight Launches

If I were to make a suggestion, don't go alone. Better to go with a couple other people.
 
post some pics guys, I like looking at the crazyness. Undecided if I'm doing the midnight for the xbox
 
I didn't preorder like in my thread I mention, but I just called gamestop(never do) and like 6 people dropped their preorders today so I snuck in there, I'll have a ps4 tonight :) 6 hour preorder. Be sure you call if you didn't preorder.
 
Just got back about 30 minutes ago from paying off my console at Best Buy. s*** was right next to me but I couldn't have it. :( Going back at midnight to pick it up.

Just got back freaking scary man there were people out there looking to buy it off people for 600 dollars. Then they were getting nasty because they could not buy one. I swear I was leaving and sprinting towards my car freaking scary.

Oh and one other thing at GameStop they said if you dido not pay it off today you lost it and one of the guys who worked there was laughing and happy saying how he gets to take one home now.
 
I went by my Gamestop and saw 50 - 60 people, I didn't feel like messing with that.

Hopefully 9am is a smoother process.

a lot of ppl at my BestBuy and I was number 2 in line for preorder and I didn't even leave my car until 9 something. The non preorder line was crazy huge. The pre order line didn't get huge until 10pm. It was fun out there with just me, my woman, and bro. We got let into Best Buy at 11pm and left after they took are money and went to ihop. Came back at 11:53pm and the non pre order line was still there and I was able to walk in with no problem with my purchase slip to go get my system.

Count your blessings, I had to freaking sleep in front of a damn Target for the 360 launch. Needless to say, I happily am letting Amazon deliver both my PS4 and X1 directly to my door this time. :txbcool:
 
X1 is getting delivered thank god I'm not doing that $hit again. Just to let you know the gamestop is not in the most ideal of areas.

Same. I waited infront of a target as well for the 360 launch. Not this time.....I'm too old for that s*** now!

I made about +$120 on my console in the parking lot, preordered it today. Would have liked to have made a little more, but not bad. I was surprised at the amount of people that were there when I came back outside.
 
walmarts line was only like 8 people. I was shocked at the horrible turn out.

That's fuked up man, guess you're gonna get people like that in certain places as there are people like that out there, they should probably employ security around the area for midnight launches, no brainer if you ask me especially with so many younger fans!
