PS4 not capturing video?

So Sony lied about the PS4 capturing video. That really sucks. I hope it's not Plus exclusive.

Yup yup! As per the title.

Your last 15 mins of gameplay are recorded, hit the share button to save it to the HD/upload to Facebook, or hit broadcast to start streaming to twitch. I'm not exactly sure but you might be able to copy recorded footage onto a USB key and from there to your computer.

HDCP will be removed from gameplay in a future patch.

I've tried that, but the folder is just empty. Only the screenshot folder fills up.

It might be limited to uploading to Facebook at the moment? I haven't tried myself. Are you using firmware 1.5?

I actually think I have the problem. Need for Speed does not allow video. Battlefield's videos are showing up fine.

Well that sucks. Not sure why that's the case, but devs can selectively disable some or all of the recording feature.
