I just bought the 2 for 1 deal Target had earlier this week and got Nba2k, BF4 & Assassins Creed.


I'm not really liking Assassins Creed, nothing generally wrong with it I guess it's just not my type of game?

Nba2k14 Visually is very nice and since I like and watch sports it's pretty good. Graphics are really nice and look excellent on my 60" 1080p tv. Problem is that Online it lags a lot and this causes so many problems I will be playing very lightly until I either figure a way to play it like this or hope 2k fixes it.


BF4 is awesome, love it. No complaints at all. graphics, online everything works good. I did lose my multiplayer progression, but other than that weird error I like it a lot and if this was my only game for a while I would be happy.


So now my question is this, what games are people playing that they feel are good or must buy? When are more games coming out?

I am a casual gamer and only really play online or good story single player games. How is the new Call Of Duty?

Is Killzone different enough to play along side of Battlefield? I remember owning Black Ops II and Battlefield 3 and they were different enough that I actually enjoyed them both.

I bought Assassins Creed thinking I would like the story and open world, but after playing GTAV opens world everything seems pale in comparison.....

The new cod:g's single player is only a couple hours long, not worth the full price IMO. I haven't tried the mp yet though.
 
I have most of the notable releases and am rotating ACIV, Resogun, NBA 2K14, NFS, and Killzone. They all have their moments, but I really love the pick-up-and-play of Resogun. 15 minutes free? Sure, play a game or 2 of Resogun and 'Save the Last Humans.' I'm not going to touch BF4 or CoD until I finish Killzone. I do NOT have Madden or FIFA.
 
I think Killzone is a awesome game. If only GG had the co-op modes ready.

I wouldn't call it awful, I would describe it as a step down from BLOPS 2. Infinity Ward has done something to the gunplay where weapons don't feel all the different from each other. I still find it fun but can't help but think I should have went with BF4.
 
Ghosts and kill zone. I have bf4 its still in shrink wrap. I heard rage game is a pile of poop.
I got it free from amazon buy 2 get one free
 
Best is hard for me to say. Right now I'd probably be leaning towards Killzone with Reso a close second.

KZ:SF is by far my best FPS this year. And I'm only playing SP. I will try this Reso since it's free to see what all the hype is about. Buying a VITA also with KZ:Mercenary and downloading Uncharted for that too. Good times.
 
I've enjoyed every game I bought except for Madden, been loving KZ, BF4, Trine 2 (beautiful game) AC4, Lego Marvel and of course the "free" game resogun. Madden just didn't have enough of a visual punch for me to keep it so I traded it in today and got about half of what I paid for it at GS.
 
I sold My PS4, after I got Killzone (thought it was horrible) I had to let it go, well actually I traded My Ps4 with Assassins Creed and Killzone for a Brand New Xbox One.


I have BF4 for PS4 which I need to sell as I currently have no games for the Xbox One.

I was interested in the Xbox One for Forza (I like Racers) and the standard Multiplayer Games like Battlefield which I feel is the BEST next Gen Game. Killzone was horrible, Battlefield is an all out war to wear Killzone still feels like an outdoor corridor shooter.

Now how the Heck do I download demos (if there is any for Xbox one?)

Yeah, that's what I meant. A couple = a few hours long.

How much is Trine 2?
 
The any game I've played so far that doesn't make me want to box the system up and sell it is AC4.

I got rid of NFS the next day after opening it and I'm trying my hardest to play through Killzone, but I'm not sure that's even possible.

I'm going with AC4 being the best game.

At first i didn't like AC and then I thought it was pretty good. the onlie was also something different than what i usually play. AC is a good game that you just need to put some time into. KillZone is just horrible though, when you play a game you just know right away.....

Midget Player trapped in some Sci-Fi world. I actually liked the first or second Killzone, so I don;t know what happened. After playing Battlefield though it's just too hard to go to anything that's not at least comparable

Yeah, they're pretty much the same to me. Don't really want to go into the semantics but couple was the first word that popped into my mind.

Interesting how American English has the tendency to use the word 'couple' in a more flexible sense meaning 'a few or several' while British English uses it in the more literal sense.

Gamers suck. They follow a gaming trend. If it ain't part of "the gaming trend" they have no interest. I haven't seen anyone mention Contrast and a few people mentioned Trine 2/Warframe.
