*cough*

The amount of comments I've read from people saying ''now I'll never ever need an xbox ever again'' and ''time to sell my xbox'' etc.

I hope this doesn't backfire on MS. It's either a brilliant move or it could potentially damage the xbox even further and alienate people.

KEK. I knew Crapgamer would go apes*** over this. People talking about "cancelling perorders" over this can f*** right off. They are as bad as dumbf*** Sony warriors who went bats*** over FF13 going to the 360. Even funnier it's going to Windows 10, they act like there is a PS4 version or something. On the flip side MS could have just said it was coming to PC from the beginning and spared themselves a lot of grief about it. Now i see more focus on it going to Win10, than talking about the actual gameplay itself.

I've read message boards across the web and it's not happening. Actually, it became a massive PR boost for the game, with so many considering Windows 10 upgrade (finally).

You get the game for free on PC if you get the X1 version. What's there to complain about?

I hope they do more of this.

The idiots on Twitter crying because this coming to PC are insecure, childish, idiots.

And they're idiots.

You get cross buy plus all the Alan Wake content via backcompat?

Strike that., *I* get cross buy plus all that. Of course, I already own all that Alan Wake stuff but I will absolutely take it again.

Clearly, though, this is bad form by MS/Remedy; a real gamer's coalition of companies would sell it to you piecemeal as full-priced episodes, like Squeenix is doing with FF VII, with any back-compatibility to be a subscription based upcharge.

Indeed. Unless you're inserting into your body, no matter how much enjoyment you receive from a piece of plastic, you shouldn't be that attached to it.

Its just a lot of lot of whiners and cry boys .. Just ignore them.

This is the way to go, I hope a lot of devs will make games exclusively for WIN10 and X1. The goal is to sell a lot of games and make money, WIN10 and X1 combined gives a Very huge user base. Can't be ignored

The butt-hurt about this is surreal.

I'm going to pre-order on the Xb1 so I can get the PC version free. Win win and a win!
Do those people complaining even realize that this will help Remedy and Microsoft? Good sales will mean sequels and such.

I'll tell you what it is. Those complaining deep down inside they think members of the other platform might be able to play the game as well.
So much insecurity it is nauseating.

You can't reason with such people. It's like trying to hold a conversation with somebody who talks in cartoon bubbles.
