When are we getting more information about this game. Until now, we only get a CG trailer. Come on!

Thing is...Sam Lake claimed it was all in-game. So if he's speaking the truth, we have seen nothing but in-game scenes in the trailer. I am not sure though, did the brief gameplay parts of Jack running around in that nighttime part and on the street shooting look as good as the scene where time is standing still? It sure does look fantastic in that shooting scene.

Sometime between now and E3 lol.

Seriously though, since it's coming out this winter, maybe we will get a behind the scenes look at GDC.

Not questioning if that's in game footage, juts wanting more information. Many games have gone silent after their reveal, like Fable Legend also.

E3.

I agree though, the lack of info on currently announced titles is disappointing. Fable legends got pushed though, right, to 2015 ? As for QB, right now I am just indifferent. Not enough info to get excited about the game.

Remember though that part of this game is a TV show. So going into "full production" could mean they are starting to film the show.

MS started filming that last year in the US and the live action stuff comes on the disc with Remedy handling the game.

This game is made by Remedy, therefore I am excited about it. I've liked pretty much everything they've done. I needs me some Alan Wake 2. I would also love it if they took back the reins of the Max Payne franchise.

While repetitive, I enjoyed Alan Wake. I'll be looking very closely at Quantum Break. Hopefully it makes it out this year and has a great showing at E3.

still so many questions. Is this an action/adventure where we can expect more than third person shooting and running around? Do we actually get to manipulate time? E3....i am sure will have the answer.

Yeah it was definitely repetitive, though the graphics, presentation and to a great extent, the atmosphere more than made up for it. AW, was one of my favorite games last gen, hopefully Remedy can have QB on par.

i loved Alan Wake.. particularly the setting. Like you said, the atmosphere more than made up for repetitive gameplay.. and the voice acting, I loved the baddies sounds and such.

But since the game is now in full production, that sure doesn't sound like a 2014 game. Sounds like Ntkrnl was wrong on that.

What I liked is that the core mechanics were so good that they made the the "repetitive" encounters intense and a blast to play. On higher difficulties it's pretty terrifying and exhilarating when you survive each encounter. The shooting and dodging mechanics worked so well.

QB will at the very least be great fun to play.

Yeah, I hadn't thought of it like that... but yeah, the core gameplay was done very well to the point that you didn't notice shortcomings.

I can't wait for QB... almost makes me want to go back and play AW one more time thru

That's for sure. I made the mistake of going for the Gunless Wonder cheevo on my nightmare playthrough, talk about stroke inducing encounters, the frigging chainsaw guys can take multiple flash bangs and flare and keep coming, I think I aged about 10 years when I finally made it.

Let's just wait and see. It's probably best to expect it in 2015, but him saying "full production" can mean any number of things.

That is true, especially if it;s going to be episodic.

I'm pretty sure they mean episodic as in how Alan Wake was episodic- ie, it's all there, but each chapter is presented like an episode with a recap at the beginning of each chapter.. Not like The Walking dead were they release it in pieces.

Oh man. I just remembered how awesome the music is in Remedy games! Can't wait to hear what they have in store for QB!! Still get chills from the end of each chapter in AW.

I sure hope so man. Recently i read an article on this and it made it seem like the game was going the TWD route. I hope this is not the case though.

Ah i found the article

Just hit full production? Sounds to be a 2015 release earliest. It's too bad since I am interested in the title and it doesn't sound like it will be released anytime soon.

False, we did see some gameplay on their videos.

Sh*t totally missed that vid. While it has many shots I'd seen before, it had a bunch of stuff I hadn't. Grfx look really nice and I'm loving the concept of "time powers"...like the evolution of Max Payne slow-mo :). I just hope it's not too much canned scripted stuff as opposed to "real" gameplay. I think Alan Wake is hugely underrated and I personally didn't find it any more repetitive than any other TPS. Also the story, as convoluted as it could be at times, was one of the most engaging (and probably the best) that I'd played in years. In that case is was as much about pacing and presentation as it was the actual content. Hope QB is in that same vein and even better. C'mon E3....only 20 days left!
