Dono if I should be posting this…

I enter every contest I can 😆

They definitely are becoming third party publisher but if you're a big fan of Xbox studios games, Gamepass still provides some good value for the ultimate tier.

PlayStation definitely is, but could they too bring ps+ to pc as well? Their mp games would work best for day and day, but their single player games should stay primarily ps first cos it gives devs focus with development. They aren’t getting new customers and with kids seeming to favor switch and wanting their own pc because they watch videos of people playing games that are primarily on Steam, so if nostalgia is a big factor with the next gen of players, they may stick to switch and maybe SteamDeck

Live service should be day 1 but yeah sp should be optimized best on console first then ported over.

Lots of time and resources spent optimizing the series S but helped PC in the end. Also said can understand if other studios don't have same allocations to get the S better optimized with its memory constraints

A Halo Battle Royale could’ve been the most fun BR on the market with that gameplay, weapons, vehicles, and a great map if all balanced right. Such a missed opportunity.

It was too late to hop on the wagon. I don't think anybody wants to try to go head to head with Fortnite, Warzone, Apex Legends, etc.
Well, they could get something that’s more open like that with them now using unreal. Would be a great addition to the next mainline halo game, maybe as a next gen console launch

I think the issue with BR is that you need a large player count for every game, which would be fractured across BR and traditional MP for even the diehard fans, and the Halo universe doesn't really lend well to skins, which is a big part of the monetization.

I think they really need to innovate some sort of new MP mode. Maybe they could do some sort of mass coop operation with 16 people against an army of enemies so that it feels like a combination of firefight and a traditional Halo coop campaign level. I think Destiny does something similar with raids, but I'm not sure.
