A pioneer in digital content creation is going away. Rooster Teeth, a subsidiary of Warner Bros. Discovery, is ceasing operations after 21 years.

I think when they launched their streaming service it was at a time when there was hardly any. It may have worked for a time, but then became an afterthought and finally forgotten. I think it was even bundled with some other streaming services, maybe crunchy roll and vrv. But it could’ve also been wb or discovery discovering who they were on their list of “things we own” and were like “wtf is this ‘rooster teeth….do they even have teeth? Let’s cut them.”
