Rooster Teeth Shutting Down After 21 Years

Not surprised. So much bad press killed this company year after year plus they started spreading themselves too thin.

Personal opinion, but they grew too big for their own good. I admired the ambition, but stuff like a streaming service was doomed to fail.

I think when they launched their streaming service it was at a time when there was hardly any. It may have worked for a time, but then became an afterthought and finally forgotten. I think it was even bundled with some other streaming services, maybe crunchy roll and vrv. But it could’ve also been wb or discovery discovering who they were on their list of “things we own” and were like “wtf is this ‘rooster teeth….do they even have teeth? Let’s cut them.”

Having a pedo plus other creeps working for them and a if you don't like our new stuff go f*** yourself attitude killed them.

I don't know, I feel like this was when everyone tried starting their own streaming service.
