Delusion is thinking 1.2 million (THIS EARLY) lead isn't a issue.
Let me explain this to you.
Christmas season shopping just happened.
A lot of people still think that the policies announced at E3 were still in place.
X1 got a whole lot of bad press.
majority of casual gamers ( who MS is partially targeting) will not purchase consoles until they have been out a year.
These consoles will be around for at least 7 years. Alot of people will have both if not all three consoles when its the end of their life cycle.
Word of mouth is the best seller. A LOT of naysayers who bashed the X1 have changed their mind once they got their hands on it.
The PS3 was more powerful than the 360, sales ended up about even.
If it was that big of a problem MS wouldn't be partnering with Sony with their phones.
MS is not fiscally strapped( not saying this is going to happen) so if it were a problem MS could just buy fiscally strapped Sony.
if you go buy sold units the Wii was the best console of last Gen, do you agree that it was? Because I don't.
MS is already in talks with China unlike Sony or Nintendo. So to steal someone elses post. LET CHINA HIT THEN TALK $H!T.
No 1.2 million is not a big difference if it was 10.2 million after 1 year, then yes.
Why oh why are you so concerned. Are you an adult do you really know how a free economy works. Sony MS and Nintendo need each other to survive, and thrive. If only 1 console maker is around all we will have is crappie games, becouse we have nothing else to buy.
Take a look at the original 360 and how basic it was , then look at the 360 now. Do honestly think the X1 won't vastly improve?
I'm an X1 fanman the PS4 is a great gaming console. While the X1 is a fantastic entertainment console that plays great games.
