I looked up a lot of info regarding this because I set up a BST forum on the last site.
Basically the key was to make sure that in the rules for the section it is clearly stated that we are just providing a means for peer to peer transactions and that in no way is Union brokering the deals. We are not responsible for fraud, misleading ads, etc... basically just make a policy that we will not be held responsible, but will ban people who violate the rules (with proof of course).
