Hot damn. Intrusion of all things. Guy was definitely out when I saw replays, but either way, that has to be one of the craziest endings to a baseball game I ever saw.

If the world series is decided by that one play, I will probably stop watching baseball forever.

If I had given a crap about baseball since anytime since Ryne Sandberg retired, I might have known, but I would have guessed that the interference call shouldn't apply when someone is as far outside of the path from third to home.

Yeah I haven't been interested in baseball in almost a decade.

I know nothing about baseball but that was BS, That one guy ran into the guy on the ground, who was on the ground well before that guy started his run home. BS interference call.

There was a game during the playoffs where the 3rd base umpire got in the way of a play being made to get a runner out going from 2nd to 3rd, yet that wasn't considered interference...

There's been so many BS calls over the last few years during the post season that affected games dramatically. I'll be glad when plays can be reviewed.

I may be in the minority but I think it was the correct call. That may be my bias speaking though because I HATE Boston.

i was entranced.... i watched that animation about twenty times. I have yet to see how that could possibly have been Boston's fault. The Cardinal didn't even start running until the man was on the ground.

FFS terrible call.
