If you want the fun of the wheel without massacring your monthly earnings, the Japanese manufacturer Hori came up with a super-cheap alternative, announced today for the Japanese market.
The Racing Wheel 4 is basically the successor of Hori’s Racing Wheel 3 for PlayStation 3, and it comes at the very convenient price of 7,980 yen, which translates to just south of 80 bucks.

I guess you're getting what you pay for because it looks cheap as hell. Only wheel I've ever owned was the official 360 one which I tried two of, but both had tracking issues. Can't imagine the quality on this one being much better.
 
This is basically the same as the Racing Wheel 3 with PS4 support. The 3 was a decent wheel for the price.
 
No clutch and only 180 degrees. Nope. I would not even waste somebody else's money on it.
