In its earnings report for the second quarter of fiscal 2014 today, Take-Two (parent company of 2K and Rockstar) confirmed that it has “more than ten unique titles planned for next-generation consoles.” A statement added that, of those, “multiple” releases are planned for Take-Two’s 2015 fiscal year, which runs from April 2014 through March 2015.

During an earnings call this afternoon, Take-Two confirmed that at least one of those titles includes Evolve, a title in development from Left 4 Dead creators Turtle Rock studios that Take-Two acquired from THQ in January. Prior to that acquisition, THQ court documents called Evolve “a co-op multiplayer action game,” though no other details have been revealed.

If by unique does that mean new IPs? Make a next gen Manhunt please.
 
I wonder how many of those will get a "cancel" sticker or get pushed to next gen... Like for example: Agency. Or whatever the name of that exclusive PS title was supposed to be.

Rockstar has pretty good studios. I hope all 10 titles find the light of day this gen.
 
You're basically military space guy on a open world planet filled with giant bugs with all the weapons and vehicles at your disposal. The amount of vehicles is pretty absurd and awesome. Think EDF but with more ambition.

I want a cliché mercenary game where the merc finds his own humanity or some s*** like that.

Question is if they plan to stay with the western theme or what.

Red dead redemption was already on the cusp of the modern day with cars and s*** in the game.

this would be amazing.

I'm not too interested in a red dead sequel. I recently played through the entire game and it was just kind of ok to me.
 
Never actually played the Red Dead games. Interested to see what kind of titles Take Two has planned though.
