Well you are probably a white privileged male so it probably matters less than others but the answer is still yes
Indeed I am.

Please tell me how Obama beating Romney has changed my life in any meaningful way.

He is actually correct. If people would wake up and realize Congress and Senate have much more of an effect on their lives things could improve. Voting in mid terms is much more important than just presidential years.

I hate her because she's the fakest person on the face of the earth.

I'd consider myself a Democrat but I don't vote.
I love you more than a deep fried mars bar in batter Mr Z, but wahhh?!

You should vote man!

In my country, you get a nice $200 fine if you don't vote, and that's a pain in the arse... But at the same time, if you don't vote, do you deserve to comment on a political climate? :p

Let your voice be heard, and respect what people are still fighting for around the world. Have you never seen a Miss Teen USA contest? I'm sure many of those girls have blown their way to the top, democratically.

Kassen I've not heard about the super criminal stuff, but ill look it up when I get up.

She seems like a "rational" person. As did Sanders, but we saw nothing of him here, unless we sought him out.

I've voted in some local elections, but not yet where I currently live (NYC). I'm Independent though I guess based on views I'm Democrat. Though I don't care enough about much of anything to pledge my allegiance to one side.

Being outside of America, I miss out on the majority of the sensationalized news/stories....

But what would make Hillary a bad president?

She seems like one of the most level headed candidates that you've had in my life time. again, this is coming from an outsiders perspective.

To me she seems politically experienced, both for the good and bad, has great repertoire and respect from other countries, and isn't a joke?

I don't get all the hate. It may just be because she hasn't offended every country in the past 9 months though. That, and I like SNL.

I'm also outside the USA and all this s*** seems so insane. Like really f***ing insane s*** going on in the USA with their politics.

She is clearly the best and most capable candidate that can actually win. She knows how to do her job and she's watched her husband do the job fairly well during one of the better times in America and probably has a lot of his insider contacts etc. and good relations with people that she needs.

Bernie Sanders is cool and all, but you aren't having the socialist thing in America, sorry guys it ain't happening, those ideas will never get past the house vote (not like any democrat idea will get passed)

2 party system is s*** though. This or that? kind of sucks when you like neither. Other parties should have some voting power to make deals to compromise and better represent the population.

The Green Party and the Libertarian Party both need to be included in the debates with the dems and repubs, of course they never will be allowed to do that because that could be what finally breaks the stranglehold those parties have on our political system in this country and that just can't happen. That's what I appreciated so much about Bernie, he wasn't afraid to call out the Dems for their BS just as much as he would the Republicans, he helped bring attention to things that matter instead of the same old BS we hear from whatever new candidates we have running each cycle.

I have voted 3rd Party before and might consider doing so again this year. If you really can't stand the main 2 parties, throw your vote to a 3rd Party.

I think if a 3rd Party achieves enough votes, they might gain access to some kind of matching funds in the next election even if they lose.

At the very least, voting 3rd Party is a voice your opinion that you dislike the so-called 2 Party System nonsense.

If there ever was an election for a 3rd party to gain some traction and make some noise then this is it right here.

I voted for the green party candidate for governor of CA back when we had our recall election, during the debates he was the only candidate that actually answered questions vs trying to attack everyone else.

I could safely vote green here for the Presidential election, there is no way Trump takes CA so I don't really have to worry that voting for who I like may end up allowing Trump to win. I find it funny that he says California is in play, Bernie and Hillary combined had nearly three times as many votes as he did in the primary the other day, and in current polls she leads Trump 53-34 here and Bernie beat him 60-31, the guy is crazy if he thinks he has a shot in taking CA.

I voted for Bernie in the CA primary, but will vote Hillary for the general since it seems like it will be coming down to that.

Just way too much at stake for there to be a chance that Trump will be selecting the next 3-4 SCOTUS appointees.

Hillary has my vote in Nov.

Hillary is underwhelming to me. My impression is that she'll continue a lot of the same foreign policy bulls***.

Trump just seems like he's completely full of s***. So much so, I think he even believes his own s***.

Guess I'll just have to see how Hillary sounds during the debates and decide whether to vote for her to just toss the vote to Jill Stein.

Donald Trump is still getting a lot of blowback from others in his party. Mitch McConnell said he needs to pick a strong VP candidate because he doesn't know about a lot of issues. I don't remember seeing any candidate who pretty much locked up the party's nomination still get this much disrespect from member of his own party.

And the other leader in Congress, Paul Ryan, says "Claiming a person can't do their job because of their race is sort of like the textbook definition of a racist comment" and “that comment is beyond the pale” about Trump's remarks on the American judge. Trump is a disaster.

And yet he and others in the party continue to endorse him. If they truly cared they wouldn't, but party before country. Really can be said for both sides though.

If I lived in a swing state or if the President was actually elected by the popular vote (as they should be) there is no way I'd vote 3rd party this election, luckily CA is solidly blue so I can vote for Jill Stein without worry.

We have to be careful when reading or hearing anything. Do your own research. YOu will be surprise how easily we ca be brainwashed.

Master manipulators know how to manipulate minds. One of the trick is to repeat the same lies/accusation over & over again.

Remember always, do your own research & analysis.

Not that I entirely approve of Google's rigging of the search results, but "we the people" are ignorant and dumb. We should not be allowed to have the kind of power to put anyone we want into office. The fact that he is gaining do much traction foot being the idiot that he is is a terrifying nightmare. If it comes down to such tactics to remove him from the race, it should be done. If he is president, the U.S. will become the enemy of the world. NATO and League of Nations will ban us for trying to commit genocide in the Middle East because Trump insists "we have to kill their families."

Yeah, it made international headlines awhile ago that leaders from Google, Facebook, and a bunch of other tech giants were getting together to discuss 'How to stop trump.'

Google it, or maybe Bing it instead lol.
Facebook is definitely censoring 'hate' speeches like the 'hateful anti-refugee speech' of a 'nasty' little girl in Germany that said she scared of her life from her encountered with refugees, hearing them shouting they want to take over Germany & harassed her, as well as conservative posts, as well as Atheists social account from Arab world (I wonder why). While the same Facebook allow radicals & hate preachers to use facebook as a platform to preach radical & extremist views.

Girl banned from facebook for posting 'hate speech'

Facebook ban 'hate speech'

facebook delete Arab Atheist accounts.

Under Obama, US supply arms to Saudi Arabia, & they use the weapons to attack Yemen, & they wouldn't attack ISIS? Why?. The same Saudi that is the main reason for raise of radical Islam, & financier of terrorism, & by words.

Now, about, NATO, consist of Turkey, one of the biggest supporter of terrorism, & Erdagon is a known Radicals, & he is not hiding!! You can google his 'famous' quotes.
His daughter have a hospital that treated ISIS soldiers, his son deal oil with ISIS. Turkey send weapons to ISIS. Turkey suppose to be allies to US; have never fired a shot at ISIS, but instead at ASSAD and Kurdish forces, the same Kurdish force that attack ISIS!. These are not conspiracy theories, but documented by the Russians, Turkish journalists (which many were assassinated or jailed) .

When Russian intelligence expose Turkey & video evidence of oil trades between the nations, NATO keep mum. NATO refused to investigate Turkey shooting of Russian Jet.

UN put Saudi as head of human right, you cannot make this up can you? The same UN that keep attack Israel, like it is the worst nation on Earth ( & many soft hearted but gullible people fell for it) while completely ignored ethical cleansing & persecution of minorities in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sudan, & most of Arabia. Please read how Gulf nations treated their domestic maids.

There is too much details to post, but you guys are looking up to the wrong people. Its a sick world we live in.

The funny thing about politics is that in western countries with stable economies and society, the party voted in will have little effect on your day to day life. Whether it's party A or B or C, the vast majority of laws and policies will remain as is. Most big promises are broken by politicians, and any policies the new leader wants to enact still needs to get pushed through approval process. It may happen, it may not. Either way, it can take years before it even comes to fruition.

It's not like the Pres or Prime Minister snaps their fingers and what they said before automatically comes true.

A more important factor that influences your life is actually from other countries.... namely your job. If it gets outsourced or your office gets relocated, that will have a greater effect than any politician.

Nope of Trump, or Hilary is going to get a fit & press the red button, & declared war to random nation after a drink too much. If you think so, you have been fed by people who put fear mongering to your mind. Such thing only happen in dictatorship. A leader of a develop nation are less powerful than you think. There are protocols, advisers, rules that even president need to comply.

But leaders are important, See how Angela destroy Europe. She is complete nuts. She made an open invitation, if you can make it to Europe, you get a home & free money, & half the world flooded here.

That's the thing about politics. They portray themselves as some kind of superman who can make whatever change they want. They can't. Yet people believe it.

On the other hand a company CEO can enact whatever policies they want (as long as it's legal and within government labour laws and any existing employer/management agreement like union stuff). So people get confused with CEO power = Politician power

No politicians will say that in order for one of their ideas to go through, it may take 3 years of discussion through a slew of other judicial parties. They act like.... "Choose me, and it's guaranteed". And that if the budget isn't there anymore, it'll be canned outright.

Yet people believe all the shyt politicians say.
