Its their fantasies. Like that cop that "accidentally" killed another cop. He was talking about shooting a protestor through his door if they knocked on it and as soon as he saw an opportunity he killed someone but it was a cop, but he wanted to murder someone in that way as he described. These nutters want the chaos and think they will be kings of that chaos, when in reality they will be forgotten because people will have more pressing concerns and they will end up crying in a corner when everything falls apart. Although, Rush is a dead man walking right now so he doesn't care about anything except causing chaos.
