Maybe its not the time for both sidesing. One side is racist and the other is sick of it.

Its not 100% but it would need to be pretty definitive in favor of Biden. Some states do count mail in voting ahead of time like Florida so they won't be impacted at all. Some will be skewed towards in person voting at first and some will just be plain slow.

Chris Wallace was ok
There is no both sides. It's done. It's over. Last night showed it.

Also, I'm seeing people talking about how bad the debate was. That's not the reaction there should be. The correct reaction is donald trump was a disaster last night and made the debate nearly unwatchable. Biden did nothing to contribute to how bad of a disaster it was. It needs to be clarified.

And Biden's best moments was when he was talking directly to the camera. That went over well. If there's more debates, he needs to do that again whenever the orange a****** screams over him or tries to insult him.

^this times 1000

The big difference between the extreme left and right? The extreme left doesn't win elections, and doesn't have any power. If people think Biden is extreme in any way, shape, or form, you have to stop listening to the right. Stop worrying about the twitter/facebook liberals. They aren't reality. They exist in their social media bubble only.

Vote for Biden, and we have a chance at a fair election in 2020 and maybe having one in 2024. If Trump wins (or successfully steals), America is done.

I think that helped him focus too. When he's reading off notes or to Wallace, he seemed a bit more flustered (warranted). Yes, him appealing to the viewer is great to see.

The next debate is a town hall so its perfect for him

If I were running Biden's campaign, I would never refer to Trump by name or even as president. Everything should be "the republicans". Don't back down, just be sure to show that this isn't just Trump, this is the Republican party. Trump obviously tries to drop everything any Democrat does at his feet, they make a mistake not doing that back.

The message needs to be that Trump = the GOP. Gotta win more than just the White House.

I will never understand why are we keep these old people in power, why...WHY?!
Because young people, for the most part, are all talk and no action, and are lazy as s***. To a degree, that is a good thing since many don't have life experience to make a well informed decision.

I, for one, hope that the next time Trump tries to say that Biden is running on M4A or the Green New Deal, Biden just tells Trump "I know how badly you want to run against Bernie and AOC and after you lose this election, move to Vermont or NY and you can have your chance."

Boomers and seniors account for 49% of the people who vote.

Half the country doesn't vote, and younger voters especially are only slowly starting to turn out.

Something needs to change in this country, there is far too much anger and hatred of people we've never even met and it seems to be spreading like a plague. I would love for twitter and facebook to go away to start and not let anything replace them, around 70% of American adults use Facebook and 25% use twitter and all anyone does is either spread lies or keep trying to dial up the anger and calling the other side idiots We've always had political differences in this country (and the world) but this kind of home grown hatred is fairly new especially at this scale, it makes me glad I don't want kids because I'd hate to have to raise them in this environment.

There so many things wrong with Media but I think the repeale of The Fairness Doctrine under Reagan started a domino effect. First with awful Talk Radio shows, 24hr Network News, and recently Social Media.

I swear what we could really use if direct dialogue between some of these groups. For example, a sit down debate between say Chris Wallace and Anderson Cooper? Have them step away from their news desks and discuss politics directly.

I think this sort of thing used to happen with old shows like Firing Line, but now we have a situation where both sides are siloed.

I'm not sure how I can sit down with Republicans until they get their own sh** in order. I've always considered myself middle of the road politically, and am still a registered indie voter. The GOP has gone full on Trump. Either they repeat his nonsense, or they remain silent (which is far more dangerous).

The right won't even accept facts or science. Reality is whatever their cult member says it is. I guess we'll have a coronavirus vaccine next week then?

We stopped arguing politics a long time ago, and instead now we argue which facts are facts. That's why we're spiraling downward.

Chris Wallace doesn't represent Fox News or conservatives in any way

Trump is going to go full terrorist leader. His direct call to the proud boys is a clear signal violence is going to ensue.
The question is whether are ready to label a possibly former President a terrorist leader and thus put him as a terrorist threat and enemy if the United States.

It's clear the police is on their side as well so that's not good either.

It isn't clear, it is just one of those things Trump repeats a lot. I haven't seen a lot of law enforcement polls, but the military is actually split right around what the main population is. Not surprisingly, large groups of people are going to have differing opinions.

I have seen polling and it was overwhelmingly conservative unlike the military.

I don't keep up with US politics but can I ask those of you who do,

Did the moderator press Trump to acknowledge ANTIFA (sp?) or white supremacists, basically anything like that, and Trump finally caved and asked him for a specific organization and the moderator presented him with Proud Boys and Trump actually said his message to them was stay proud stand down?

Did that happen before my eyes or have a I had few to many beers?

That whole debate was absolutely nuts. America is crazy right now.

It's not just about race it's about everything and let's be honest a lot of young people of color are becoming outwardly racist or at least very racially insensitive on social media lately. I see tweets all the time that say "Y't people are____" or "I can't stand Y't people" yet if a white person said anything about any other group without saying "some" first they'd get torched and cancelled immediately.

My larger point was people hating each other for having political disagreements, for having different views on guns etc it's getting out of control. It's one thing to disagree it's another to think other people are total garbage and your mortal enemy because they have a different point of view based on their life experience. I'm also not willing to call anyone who's a republican a racist or homophobe because they won't vote for a Democrat, that's not fair.

Trump is racist and supporting racists is racist.

Right and wrong doesn't stop to exist just because some people don't know the difference between the two

Trump is racist I have no doubt about that but if someone supports him on another issue that has nothing to do with race it's totally unfair to call that voter a racist. We don't live in a world of black and white and it's total unfair to expect it from others when very few of us live our lives that way.

Racism being pretty bad is a black and white issue.

Who said racism was good? Trump is the nominee of the Republican party not the Nazi party, there are plenty of republicans who aren't racist and it's small minded and dismissive to label an entire group like that.

Supporting racists makes you a racist. End of story.

Ignoring the constant racist tropes is racist. Trump isn't using subtle dog whistles that people might not pick up.

We're not talking about Mitt Romney making a little subtle comment in a semi-private event.

Not only is Trump racist, but he's pushing racist violence. He wants Proud Boys in the streets causing problems.

When the racists think the racist you bow to is your king racist, and you can’t disown him because of reasons, you many not be a racist, but it’s time to take a long hard look in the mirror, because you may not be that honest with yourself...
