Heyo, have they revealed the final new fighter that'll be in ULTRA Street Fighter IV yet?
This is an unfortunate reality for me as well. It looks like so much fun for people who are good and know what they are doing. Sadly, I do not fit that category.I've always wanted to get into Street Fighter, but it's really just too difficult for me. The timing on the inputs is so precise, that it frustrates the hell out of me. Hats off to the people who are really good. I'll just have to stick to being a spectator.
It is indeed weird that the 'final' version of Blazblue is not being released on the Xbox 360. I am actually a sap and have Calamity Trigger, Continuum Shift and CS Extend.. I still only use BANG though. Does anyone here play on 360? I would like to engage more fighters rather than hunting the ranked leaderboards. My game isn't as strong as I would like it to be. Need more training.
Also there are new changes for Ultra SF4.. you can use both ultras at the same time and have a multi hit absorbing Focus called the Red Focus that burns meter to eat more hits. Interesting.. tbh.. hah Oh well, more nerfs to Vega I guess are incoming. A ninja who is one of the slowest characters in the game.. *cries*
I wouldn't be surprised if Ultra SF4 made it's way to next gen consoles. With a 2014 release date I certainly don't see a logical reason for it not to. I mean imagine how many potential SF buyers won't even have their 360/PS3s come 2014 because the sold/traded them in for an X1/PS4.
I don't think anyone would give Capcom are hard time if it was a $39 release and at least featured 1080p/60fps for X1/PS4.
Guaranteed Ultra SF4 will come to next gen. Just a matter of when.
Aside from KI and the Kinect Fighters Within game (if that even counts as a fighting game), are there any next gen fighters on the horizon? No MK, VF, Tekken yet?
Capcom messed up so horribly this gen they don't have the money to get it done. The good news is they are hiring for a new announced fighting game franchise.
I'm too lazy to dig into why, but there must be some super high development costs and/or games that totally bombed making their balance sheet sink.A port of Injustice is confirmed for PS4. All I know of.
I simply can't believe that. Capcom is in THAT bad of shape?
Besides, how could they have the money to make a NEW game from the ground up but not have the money to simply port an existing game. If money is tight than Capcom should cash in real quick on next gen buyers and get Ultra SF4 on X1/PS4 before they attempt something new.
Business 101.
I'm a huge Blaze Blue fan the game is so addictive. I never got around to buying CS Extended so I can't wait for the the new entry. I have it on Ps3 but it wont accept disc.
For me it's all about Hazama. He made a fun game addictive. I spent so much time learning him back in the day. When I finally get back to the series it will be like starting from scratch.
Zero-O said:About Ultra SF4.. I think it's cool you can play both ultras at the same time but how would it effect gameplay from a balance standpoint? Will some characters be over powered? Honestly I got bored of the new SF a long time ago it's not addictive like the old games in the series. I Hope this update will get me back into SF4 again.
glad to see this thread is back, now it feels like home
