I am so glad they are sticking close to the source material, I'm sick of directors coming in who aren't fans of the IP and trying to make it their own. That shot of the buildings at night during the storm is almost straight out of the game. It's always going to be an adjustment getting used to different faces playing the characters, I'm surprised how much Pascal looks like Joel though. Visually I think the show looks great, will have to see/hear some of the dialogue to truly judge but I'm looking forward to it. All of the talk I've seen online so far is very positive so that's a good sign.
