Current car is an 08 Scion tC with 220k miles and blown piston rings, so goes through oil like mad. I'd like to stick with a manual but options are limited and really don't want to spend more than 25k or so. I like the idea of a hatchback as I love being able to leave my bike or skis in the back all season, but again pretty limited. I've also been thinking more and more of going hybrid as well. Currently looking at the Honda Insight and Hyundai Ioniq. Also curious on the Ford Maverick.

Used, vw alltrack/wagon, could get them with five or six speed manual, depending on the year and engine. Or the Buick Regal TourX, don’t think they came in a manual though.

new, you could get the vw golf/gti with manuals. Subaru crosstrek are nice, capable abs versatile. You could get the new Corolla hatch in manual too, we’re (us market) suppose to get a TRD variant (I’m kinda waiting on that or the new Kia EV6). The new maverick is looking and sounding very intriguing.

Ferrari good looks, decent performance at affordable price of 60K British Pound. If the price is similar in Euro, my god, i maybe tempt to get 1 along the line.
