The Sandman (Netflix) Season 2 Greenlit

I'll wait to see how it does before investing any time into it.

Watched 2 episodes and not sold yet. It’s not bad, and yeah it’s visually very nice, but it’s like I am watching a TV ad for perfume if that makes any sense.
I will watch it all and it might grow on me, but at this moment not really digging it.

I really enjoyed the series. Ep 6 is especially great. It's doing well but I can see the way it's story telling flows is probably going to be divisive.

I will finish it but after 2 episodes it’s not grabbed me yet. I feel for readers of the graphic novel this would be great but prob gonna be confusing for people new to this.

Hopefully it will grow on me.

Nah not feeling this at all. Don’t get me wrong, the production value is really good. It’s shot nice and the VFX are top notch, it’s just not my cup of tea.
It’s all over the place and I feel you prob need to have a grasp of the graphic novel to understand what’s happening.

Hey loads of people loved everything, everywhere all at once, I didn’t enjoy it at all, this kinda reminds me of that.

Just watched last episode and nah didn’t enjoy it unfortunately.
I thought it was gonna be a 8/10 for me, but was a 5/10. Didn’t like the characters, settings etc and the story was all over the place.
Like I said earlier, it looks nice but I found it boring. I’ve been watching loads of anime lately so that’s probably spoiled me with the cool choreography and awesome camera angles. I know these cannot be compared but guess I much prefer stylised action sequences over an arty dramatic gothic show.

Also apart from The Sandman and Rose, I didn’t like any of the actors in it, so that’s didn’t help.

I enjoyed this. I never read the comics though. I thought it was entertaining. Far better than most stuff on lately.

It was never going to be cheap to make this with the amount of high fantasy involved. This should have been accounted for. I'll be very disappointed if it doesn't get a second season because of cost.
