I'd be down for it. 1080p/60fps?

I never got past the first couple episodes on 360 because of how poorly the disc version ran, would like to finally play it.

Good for anyone who hasn't played it already. I enjoyed playing it through all at once, rather than waiting for each episode to release -- better sense of continuity that way. Definitely a memorable experience. Probably my GOTY for that year.

There's no indication of a visual upgrade. Hopefully it'll run a little less stuttery on next gen. Telltale is good at storytelling but not so hot at coding.

Awesome deal. Never got the chance to play the series. I might pick it up in the future whenever I get Xbox One.

GameStop is listing The Walking Dead Game of the Year Edition for Xbox One.

The package, which contains all five episodes of Season One, the 400 Days episode, the game soundtrack and a behind the scenes vid, is listed for release on June 17th for $29.99.
Glad that it's making the transition. This also means season 2 coming to X1 probably this fall (since it's already started as episodic on X360, they'll probably wait until all episodes are done and then release to retail DD as a package). Since saves don't carry over, this is good news for folks that either never played it on the 360 or are new to Xbox/Walking Dead. I'm torn. I'll probably get season 2 on 360 when it hits a sale later this year but if there are future seasons tied to that game save, I may want to transition it over to X1 (i.e. by and replay season 1 on X1). Decisions, decisions.

Good deal for the peeps that missed out on it last gen. One of my favorite games of the past few years.

Bought all of them on 360 and never played it, might buy them again and ask more of myself this time around.
Whoa bro....you need to play these. It was game of the year for a reason. It's not difficult and definitely geared to a more casual audience (in terms of difficulty) but it's all about the narrative and the choices. Riveting stuff. Since they are linked (the seasons), it may make more sense to rebuy on the X1 and move forward from there if you don't really play/have your 360 hooked up.

You're right, i might dust off my 360 and play through them.

Will it still stutter like crazy?

I didn't encounter any real stuttering, IDK if it made a difference that I played the DD version. The only technical problem I really had was the location of certain items/QT screen locations were far to sensitive. I'd seemed sometimes that I had to be on the precisely right pixel to make it by certain points.

My concern as well. I only played the first couple episodes on 360 and quit because of how poorly the disc version performed. If they promised better performance and upped resolutions, is get it without a doubt.

I had the digital version and it did it a lot when moving to a new location. The first episode of The Wolf Among Us does it as well.

I was running the digital 360 version and no stuttering. I can't speak for the disk version. Didn't even know they did a disk version.
