The guys moaned plenty of times about the older wrestlers taking up young talents spot and desperately trying to hold on to the spotlight... well Jericho is become one of those guys.

Because Orton is a POS towards other people but he is mad that Jericho calls people idiots?
Orton is known as a complainer and real life a****** to people as well.
Yes I know it was supposed to be about how he said it etc that's not lost on me but most of the time it's just gibberish coming out of his mouth even going back to his debut in WWF, WCW never let him talk so I don't count the time there. He rarely says anything that's actually creative and funny though. The fact that he's acting like a drunk high school kid now at 50 is pathetic and he never would have gotten away with being that out of shape in WWE, they'd have taken him off of TV. I'm not a Randy Orton fan either I find him boring but he's a much better all around performer than Jericho ever has been.
As much as I dislike Orton he can still perform in the ring at a pretty high level, the same can't be said for Jericho.

Jericho just wears his Fozzy crap now that's hardly reinventing himself but yes that's more than Orton does, Orton is the same jerk as a heel or face but his in ring performances are consistently better than Jericho's have been for years. Jericho is sloppy and has been for a long time it's just now he's fat and sloppy so people are starting to call it out. His matches with AJ Styles were full of stumbles and poorly executed moves and it's only gotten worse since.
Again... nothing to do with Jericho being 50 and out of shape and needing to call it a day

Honestly Jericho has an annoying voice and face, he's just got a look that says "punch me hard" and it's not in a way that would be considered good for wrestling, it's more of a GTF out of here kind of heat, he's the kind of guy who makes me change the channel.
Best debut ever for me when he first came to the WW(F)E and I've enjoyed watching him in the ring for many years but not now.

I've watched plenty and he sucked, he's over the hill and he's only in AEW because they are paying him way more than he's worth and he can just go out there and do whatever he wants instead of having someone who actually cares about the quality of the product keeping him in line. You can't be one of the guys all the time, these clowns are taking advantage of ownership, especially Jericho and the Not very young bucks.
I agree with the Jericho part of this, but Randy Orton when he's on is a great performer on the mic and in the ring. You can see when he's not emotionally vested in something though, and it can really suck ass. He had a phenomenal 2020 though.
Also, Jericho clearly needs to get back on his DDP Yoga schtick or something because you can tell he's been putting on the pounds and it's affecting his in ring ability a ton. He's very entertaining on the mic, so maybe move to a managerial role or commentary or something, but his time in the ring is running out. He was my favorite wrestler when he was in WCW and WWE in the late 90's early 2000's while I was actually watching, but it's time for a change as sad as that is.
In other news, I don't really watch main roster stuff anymore for WWE, but as always you can bet your ass I'm looking forward to the Royal Rumble. No clue who wins it, or who's even a contender, but it's my favorite event of the year every year.

WWE booking sucks for the most part there is no way around that, doesn't change the fact that Jericho sucks.
Only thing WWE has done right was finally turning Reigns heel, his program with his cousin was well done and the matches were very good. Owens is very talented and they can't figure out what to do with him and it's a shame. I personally don't care for him but I 100% can see what he's worth.
