If someone wants to post it, the PS4 jailbreak is apparently now legit. All games are now free on the PS4.

I'll take a look but with the X1 NAND being dumped, the drive being worked on and X1 games already being ripped in totality, things look to be heading that way with both consoles.

I have to say, Xbox support is leaps and bounds better than it was back in 2006. I had a controller disconnecting problem and they sent me a new Xbox in the mail without me having to first return the old one. Got my replacement last night and it was a brand new xbox, not refurb'ed.

I have no fundamental issues at all with my xbox one or the functionality I think it's all being blown out of proportion because news is now slow due to the consoles launching.....isn't it?

Just like they fixed Windows 8 so fast? Its still crap, they think that party, achievements are ok just the way they are. I used to alwaysbe in a party but with xbox one I'm finding myself socialy isolated, don't receive notifications of friends online, party chat terrible, can't easily compare achievements etc etc. People who made xbox UI have never used xbox 360! Everything what made xbox 360 the best is actually wayyy behind xbox 360 levels. Why do I need to wait for my achievements to load? I'm accessing them on local machine. Why give me annoying friends feed but think that friends online notification would be overwhelming? Why hide my friends behind many clicks and when you invite them into party even more clicks? This used to take two click on xbox 360, now its 6.

This is really unaceptable. How can you say a great starting point when they broke the faundamental thing? Why make everything its own app and having to wait on loading times for each app all the time? They took xbox 360 UI and downgraded it! It was also windows 8 style but acceptable for console and useful with great Guide, now you have to go to dashboard and either find out if you can snap an app which half you can't. In my opinion for quick things that I want to do snap is way worse than guide as guide had everything you could need at your fingertips. Now friends are a background thing and so are achievements and party chat. Loading times to see achievements on my local console? C-mon lets be real

That sounds and weird and honestly very unexpected if you ask me. These things like Party Chat and how smooth it all works has been a freaking given on Xbox 360 for years now, how did they not bring this over to X1 smoothly? The X1 ain't out in my country until god knows when in 2014, but i sure do expect to play Titanfall while talking to all my friends in a Party Chat. If not...sorry that would be ridiclous.

Party system os terribly broken. My friend in party with me while I'm playing COD and he's trying KI and he can't join a match because I'm not in KI? Wtf! All of my friends had issues with NAT being Moderate and their Party Chat refusing to start because of it.

Microsoft has been hiring and is looking to pump out more first party games then they have ever did!Insider says multiple reboots have been discussed and sequels!

Microsoft has also been looking at bringing free to play mmos and other games to Xbox One and have discussions with serval companies!

There has been talk of giving PEGGLE 2 away for free to Xbox One owners,nothing is final yet.The hold up is weather Microsoft wants to pay EA a ton of money or invest it some where else.

Microsoft is already preparing it E3 games agenda and some games that have just end started in the last few months will make its debut at E3 minus some unseen problems!

Wtf man, of all possible problems i had not expected any issues with this. Something that works so damn well on 360. I just don't get it. And that stuff from Major Nelson that things will get better...sigh...they sure as hell need to be too. He can't help it, but wtf man.

Hold on...a retelling of Gears up to 3? So basically this would mean we get Gears 1-2 and 3 again on X1? I sure hope i misunderstood that. Either a brand new Gears game, or rather a new IP or gtfo.

the problem is.. yes right now they could achieve those graphics with one or two scenes but will they be able to keep up that detail when/as the whole game is created?

Forza 5 downgrades come to mind
 
Stupid question, but how do you send a friend request?

Last night on BF4 I was playing Defused with a few random people and we were having a blast. I had work in the morning and wanted to send friend request to them all and had no idea how. Eventually I had to go into my recorded clips and watch a clip of when I was playing with them. I had to pause the clip, look at the BF4 HUB, write down their names, then go to the find someone under friends and type them all in.

There has to be an easier way than this.
 
you could have also check your battle reports from battlelog

but yeah there doesnt seem to be recently played players list
 
You guys might not like the negative media attention the One is getting, but there are some flaws with the software and it's good to be constructive when pointing out that there were some missteps/hurdles when designing new software for a new console. MS has admitted this and they are going to fix them in time. If you're not having any issues or don't care, that's fine, but don't downplay the issues, they are there.

Do certain media sites need to be that snarky and sensational with their headlines? No.
