I just done a search for "level design" and "feelings"
He's definitely not here.
Well, we knew some people weren't happy about the more platform-agnostic approach and wouldn't be coming over. That's okay. To each his own.
I figured an optimistic estimate was that we'd get about 75% of the active members to come over. We're doing better than that, so I'm pleased.
Just FYI, I'm taking people off the list when I see that they are coming over. I won't necessarily post about it, but I'm updating the list regularly. I've taken USA Titan, horns, fajenrs, and N201990 off recently, probably some others I've forgotten.
I just don't understand it. There's an Xbox exclusive forum they can stay to if they want. Anyways probably for the best as most of them are probably just Xbots that can't handle other people's opinions.
I agree. I think we're probably better off without people who need the forum to be slanted in one direction or another. Compare the tone here to the tone of discussion at TXB. I don't see any of the animosity and petty bickering that you had over there. Is that because we ditched a lot of the fanboys? I don't know. Maybe it's because we have a nice clean new forum, and so people feel like behaving in a more civilized way. Or maybe we're just in the honeymoon phase, and we'll get back to the endless bickering in a week or two. I guess we'll see.'

Well gorbag posted at TXB so hopefully he finds his way here sometime. Just wouldn't be the same without him.
I hope he joins us too, though the level of gorbag worship on the forum seems a little strange to me. I never really got it. I guess it's an OTL thing. To me, he seemed like just one more funny, weird guy among scores of other funny, weird guys. I guess he was the rat king or something.

I dont recognize many of those listed as I basically stopped posting about 6 years ago. However, I still remember some of the the really senior members and I'm glad they're still around. Figured might as well stop lurking and restart posting with the move.

I added another criteria for "active member," requiring that a person post an average of at least once a month in 2013. That elimated a few guys who were on that list, some of whom hadn't posted for a year or two.
Percentage who've made the jump: 88%
