Not really, but we had "ghost rockets" ( https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ghost_rockets ) up north after ww2 which seems to not really have been explained.
Otherwise it's not really mentioned in media here. I think since we aren't as fanatic in regards to politics as amerikans are, it's not really a point used by any of our political parties to sway the public.
