Uncharted 4: A Thief's End - now with 1080/60 trailer from ND!

This is why i bought my PS4. Naughty Dog is about to deliver again. Uncharted 4 will be mind blowing.

I won't debate the whole realtime in-engine vs. gameplay thing. But if Drake looks like that during gameplay, I'll become the biggest Sony fanboy ever.
Don't set yourself up for the inevitable disappointment.

What does "in engine" mean? I always thought it meant CG and never cared for it. Is it possible to fake these graphics in game? I just hope they don't focus too much on graphics and F Up the gameplay.

It's rendered in - engine meaning using the game's assets to create the scene. Now if it was pre-rendered, it'd look better than being a rendered cutscene in real time. TLoU Remastered uses a combination of both. You can sometimes tell the difference.

In-engine can also mean real-time. Usually with higher detail models and lighting because the machine is only rendering animation and graphics, so it can do more because it has fixed cameras, and doesn't have to calculate things like AI or render anything outside of what you are looking at.

Halo 4 is a good example of real-time, in engine cutscenes. It's much easier to cheat.

Thank you DriedMangoes and Frozpot. Pretty sure I woundn't be dissappoined comsidering it's ND. I just hope we get somethin new and exciting in the gameplay department. A lot these current gen games have a "BEEN THERE. DONE THAT." feelin.
