This theme is awesome. It looks very futuristic. I get a Steam and Half life vibe from it.

Just one problem, the theme messes up the front page format.

I'm using the slim version. I like it. I notice it's a little slimmer than the slim mid-tone.

One minor quibble -- is there any way to increase the font size on the posted remarks? (edit: never mind; issue resolved.)

Also, it might be good to make the quoted part more subdued than the response. It is the response that ought to catch your eye, not the quoted text.

Yes, I'm being picky. But you seem open to feedback, and if it's an easy fix, it might help.

mid-tone is so smooth on the eyes. sucks that it's getting removed

I'm assuming you're talking about the Fusion Fluid theme? I've switched to using the Standard Fluid them and I don't notice any problems on the Front Page.

The fusion theme is excellent. I was using the UnionVGF Standard. Now I'll be making the switch to fusion, because I like the theme with both xbox & ps3 logo attached.

Thanks for boosting the font size, Plainview. It is easier to read now.

Yes, I was talking about the fusion theme. Just noticed adjustments were made to it and it looks even better!

Just realized that using Fusion Fluid on a tablet, and holding sideways, it screws up the formatting. Regular Fusion is fine.

Yah, that's why I stick with the the regular fusion; it's mobile friendly. I am using my PC at the moment and switched to Fusion Fluid for my wide screen taste. Format is ok.

Any chance we can hang on to the mid-tone slim as an option? Or is it just too much of a pain?

the colour scheme of mid-tone is a lot less intrusive so i'll stick with it regardless! those bright whites and dark blacks hurt my eyes

I can but I'm not gonna make any changes to it.

I don't know how other people (besides Joon) feel, but I like the mid-tone style the best. The other styles feel too stark and contrasty to me. And I prefer black text rather than white on black background.

If you could keep the mid-tone slim around, that would be great. I don't need any changes to it.

I understand Anderson's feelings about the mid-tone style. It's easy on the eyes. Besides Fusion, mid-tone is also a theme I like.

Yep, haven't had a reason to look at any other styles. Mid-tone is easy on the eyes when reading the threads.

test, it just got really hard to see quoted text in Union Mid-tone style now..
It were much better before, now you allmost have to highlight the quoted text, unless you sit with your head into the monitor.

edit.. seems to be only when previewing in this forum, but in Playstation-section, Destiny-thread - it's white text on white back-ground, really annoying.

Here's image to show what I mean.. Plainview message is in Playstation forum, my message is here.. Plainviews quote-colorisation horrible..

Kong, that style is gimped heavily. I can't make any more changes to it. I believe that's a news thread you're looking at. I'm looking into another mid tone style that's easier to work with. I did that in every early in and I tweaked the crap out of it.

Ohh, I see..I liked the palette used in that, so hopefully you'll keep the palette when you find a new mid tone style.:)

I tought it were just some changes done in the quote-text-colour on the template, and got really confused when I saw different styles. :p
Strange that news-template had different style than the normal template from my preferences - but atleast it's not so bad if it's only the news-stories discussions.
Good to have interacial text, not just white-on-white.. :p
