Okay so I actually tried it for myself... nice frame rate and seems 1080p.
Just not my type of game(made me wanna get on BF4 and drive vehicles there instead)
But it in no way sucks like people told me.
 
Well i might not be playing it then, if 1080p means i cant read anything in the menus then it defeats the point of playing the game. My tv is 1080i and i rather be able to read whats on screen then have the highest resolution possible.
 
Love this game, I've played it loads since last November. If anyone needs a decent wingman to show them the tricks and tips to winning the air war, hit me up. PSN=id ReggieMcMuffin.
 
This is a decent enough game. Went with the Japanese air force. Flying a Zero is just to much fun, especially when you ram some one. Haven't quite figured out the mechanics of the free to play part yet though.
 
Couldn't get into it sadly. Felt the controls were poorly implemented and the head tracking doesn't work for crap.

Sure! You just fly around freely while I gun you down to the Earth! As far as I know, there is no true free roam without combat.

Yeah, there is a 'test flight' option in the hangar in the menu for each individual plane.
 
I don't like the controls. I don't like the weirdness of the Simplified Mode, and I feel like a Parkinson's patient try to fly in "Simulator Mode." It took me 30 minutes just to successfully take off in the tutorial because the plane loved to flip for no explained reason, and the landing tutorial was where I came positive the controls/physics were bugged to hell. I can't play this unplayable game again until it is fixed. Too much frustration.
