After looking up the chick it seems like addition by subtraction for the guy so I don't see what he's whining about. And I don't understand why an adult would dye their hair blue and expect to be taken seriously. It's not professional, attractive, or 'artsy'. The ex-boyfriend looks like a hipster douche himself.
But in all seriousness after reading the cnn article, it seems like it's a bunch of immature, virgin, nerdy gamers versus some extreme feminists that are looking to pull the sexism card and blame men whenever possible.
Both sides suck and neither deserves any mindshare or attention.

Hardcore gamers are 7 to 1 male to female. Interesting stat (taken from the video above). Sounds about right (actually a little low; I'd guess more like 10 to 1).

Which is good because whilst the stuff Sarkessian talks about is a legit concern, she seems to be fuelled by outrage and drama.
