I'm thinking about grilling up some salmon and making ponzu sauce with some green onions and maybe some couscous or steamed mixed veggies for a side. I'm still debating, though.

you?

UK time. Already ate.

I diced 2 chicken breasts and some bacon and fried it. Then I added an onion. Then I added chopped chilli and garlic. Then I added 1 red pepper. Then I added 5 chopped mushrooms and 9 chopped cherry tomatoes. I let it cook down. Then I added 1 tin of chopped tomatoes, some oregano and basil. I let that cook while cooking some fresh tagliatelle. Put the two together, added some grated cheese and BAM! Dinner for 2.

Balsamic Chicken and Almonds. Pretty much eat the same things every day of the week (not weekends - I eat whatever I want on weekends because I feel I've earned it) to get certain amount of fats, proteins, and carbs while training for a powerlifting meet.

7am - Greek yogurt, 8oz protein shake, half cup cottage cheese
9:30am - Breakfast Quesadilla (2 tortillas, scambled eggs, cheese), 1 cup of oatmeal, 2 fish oil pills
11:30am - ~150g Balsamic Chicken, Cliff Bar
1:30pm - ~315g Stuffed Bell Pepper soup (homemade soup with a bunch of ground beef and green bell peppers in it), an orange
3:3pm- ~350g chicken chili, 8oz protien shake
Monday Wednesday Friday (Lifting days) right before lifting- apple, 8oz protein shake with 1 scoop of creatine, pre workout drink
Monday Wednesday Friday (Lifting days) right after lifting- banana, 16oz protein shake (1 scoop whey, 1 scoop casein)
8:00pm- ~150g Balsamic Chicken, 1/4 cup Almonds
9:30pm- apple, cup of cottage cheese, 16oz meal replacement shake (casein protein)

I also drink at least a gallon of water a day. Go to bed at about 11pm.

That's a typical week. I change it up every now and again. About 3600 calories or more on lifting days, about 3200 on non lifting days.

Interesting, thanks.

I go to the gym probably 4 times a week but really struggle with the nutrition side because I work shifts and often have to miss meals at work. People say working out is 80% nutrition and I really fall short there. You be eating a lot of calories.

i fail tonight. its dominos since we had a lot of homework and soccer practice and my servant is away. ask me any other night and i would out cook all you biatches

Yeah it definitely is a huge part.

And lol yeah I do eat a lot. The thing is, a lot of people are like "must be awesome to just let yourself eat so much", but in reality it's actually pretty difficult.

Yeah, when I went from like 140lbs to 185lbs a few years ago I had to eat loads of food. That was when I had the time and schedule to do it. Now I'm still pretty much 185lbs but can't get enough calories in regularly to keep growing. Well I could, I'm just not organised enough to.

But eating a lot was a massive ballache; meal every 3 hours, loads of shakes and s*** loads of protein making me fart all the time etc.

On the weekends I actually let myself not eat as much. For the average person that's like completely the opposite, a lot of people feel like they can "cheat" and eat whatever they want on weekends.

Some peanuts and a thing of beef jerky.

It's not always like that. My dog is sick and I didn't want to leave to get groceries.
