That would be my guess but I thought there would be another MP game before DKCTF. That one baffled me lol.

Would'nt be surprised to find out they was working on both a new Prime game along with a New 3DS title.
 
Remember last year some Nintendo ham site claiming Nintendo had bought the Banjo IP of MS and had RS making a game.

Some of the funniest gaming related ' news' I've read in a long time.

I voted Prime 4, though I'd love for a great new 2D Metroid game personally. Totally in the style of Super Metroidvania...

A sequel to Super Metroid would be welcome but I badly want to see a 3D Metroid in HD, with huge open worlds to explore and the ability to fly Samus's ship. I wouldnt be opposed to more story telling like in other M but I do not want the Anastasia Steele version of Samus.

Hopefully retro will have something to show at E3.
 
Never played a Metroid game come at me. If the Prime Trilogy wasn't $1398423984 I'd pick it up.
 
If it's Metroid Prime 4 then it's not going to be called Metroid Prime 4, if that makes sense.

Didn't Metroid Prime 2 and Metroid Prime 3 under deliver on the sales front? I kind of think the Prime name might be gone forever.

Also, I hope it's a 3D FPS Metroid but I don't see it happening. Ninendo has disappointed us way way waaaaaaaay too many times in the past.

trilogy is 50 bucks all day at gamestop. The collector edition is a bit pricey.

About $100 new at least on Amazon. Gamestop says local store has it available used for $50 so maybe I'll get it used. Would still have to get a Wiimote I'm guessing.

If anything the main Wii game I'd want to pick up is Xenoblade Chronicles. Not sure I'll spend the money on a New 3DS so I can play that version so might try to find it used or even new on Amazon (again about $100).

BB had it for $29 used, don't know if it was in stock though...
 
It seems like new Metroid has to be at E3. I for one surely hope so.
 
I just had an interesting though. Imagine an HD Metroid with a similar art style to Borderlands.
