Dying Light and Evolve are both launching in the upcoming weeks. Both focus extensively on multiplayer coop modes and each features a "be-the-monster" mode which pits the main party against a player controlled monster. Both are developed by teams with a solid pedigree for the coop experience.
I haven't followed either game much but gamers are approaching the dry season and these maybe two of the last big releases for a while.
I didn't hear too many people talking about the Evolve alpha and even less people are talking about Dying Light.
One other thing the games seem to have in common is that the publisher are pushing hard to lock big chunks of them behind DLC pay walls.
