I went to bed last night under the assumption of getting 1-3 inches of sh!t. Today it's been revised to possible 6-12. I hate removing snow and seeing it after a day. It's going to be bitter cold and windy so that's not going to help removing it from around the house.

It's not even the middle of December yet! Where's global warming when you need it? Temperatures were in the low 30's in parts of Texas overnight!

Yep it is freezing and new snow is a coming. Unfortunately that's the norm for upstate NY this time of the year.

Dipped down into the teens last weekend.

Also, the temperature was in the teens. :hehe:

No snow though. Supposed to be around 50 degrees this weekend.. working on my tan!

Meh, snow is cool with me. Walked for about an hour from work as I usually do (I enjoy walking) and I'm pretty much solid for the most part. Unless it gets Day After Tomorrow on our asses, this time of year is pretty enjoyable to me. Love feeling the briskness.

I like Snowboarding a lot. I actually really want to live in Colorado eventually. But I don't like snow in upstate NY. It's no fun.

A foot of snow? That's kind of annoying. One time I got home after a blizzard after being stranded for 2 days and the snow was over my waist.

My worst snow experience: Went to California with my girlfriend... we got back to SeaTac at like noon on a Sunday... a bit of snow was falling.. nothing too crazy... we leave the airport and get to where the highway begins.. cars are backed up.

No big deal.. probably clearing the highway.. we get out and frolic, throw some snowballs.

I live 45 minutes from the airport even with a bit of traffic.

Little did we know, we were about to be stuck on I-5 for 13 total hours.. lol.. about 10 of those hours on the same mile long stretch.. once an hour we'd maybe move a few car lengths.

My girl had to get out and push the car several times.. no other way to do it since she can't drive a stick.. damn G37.

I hope to take the kiddies up to Vail this winter . May end up going to Park City instead. they took lessons up at Sugarbush last year and I think my 8 year old is ready to follow Daddy down the hill.

I'd say the coolest storm we had in a while was last winter, we got about 30" of snow dumped on us in about a day. It was over the weekend so it wasn't so bad, my son really enjoyed it. I love getting a huge snowstorm every once in a while, it's almost as if the world stops, I love how quiet it gets.

A view of the street in front of my house, someone's car was completely covered.
