That's unfortunate, doesn't mean a new IP may not launch though. Regardless it sucks to go a year plus without a major AAA release. I see a clown "laughed" at this news, funny enough xbox only fans have had to go through that plenty of times, maybe PlayStation only owners could ask them for advice on how to handle it.

Wouldn't be surprised if some games get delayed and the GaaS side of things toned down. Or even removed if possible.

Definitely some more changes coming..

I don't doubt that, but I doubt they will can all of them.

Still waiting to see this FPS Concord. Is this GAAS?
 
I would expected some PC ports of some of their 1st party games like HFW and GOW: Ragnarok, maybe Ghosts of Tshima this year. Surprising that no major launches planned for this year and part of next. However given their position in the high end console market, they can afford to do so.

That sucks, honestly…I wonder if tlou2 factions was intended for this year? Is Helldivers considered AA?

I hope there’s some neat outta the blue games from their smaller devs, sucks that they assimilated whatever devs that stayed from shutting down studios like Japan studio and media molecule. We need more locoroco! Remake locoroco you cowards!!!

Well we will have Concord this year, even though we have no idea what it looks like.

I actually think it is good. Playstation needs more diversity and creativity. Hopefully this established game lul brings some of that.

Personally, I'd call it AA, it looks really nice but to me a AAA game should have a lot more content included in the package.

Devs have said it was AA.
Once again, more studios should look at doing smaller budget games rather than crying about costs.
