People and their harddrive upgrades. I could never use that much space and if i do i'll just start deleting stuff. :D
 
Awesome. I actually still have my original PS4 500GB HDD sitting on my desktop table. I'll buy a cheap usb 3.0 enclosure and put it in so I'll be able to, ironically, use my PS4 HDD on my X1. :D

So is it as simple as just plugging in and then choosing the X1 to format the external HDD to be able to be usable?

Sweet I was waiting for something like this from DF. Looks like I'll just go for a 5400rpm drive. Doesn't look like too big of a difference in load times with the more expensive drives.
 
I've a 2TB external drive for my x1. That should do me for awhile. I won't upgrade my ps4 hard drive. I'll just wait until Sony add external drive support.
 
Thinking of getting a separate HD for my digital games. Already used 80% of my HD.

It's worth it. I've gone all digital and that space does go fast. I got a 2TB drive in Curry's for €80 so you can pick them up cheap enough

Scoping 3T externals myself lately, I can get one for $120. When I get all my new games soon (Diablo 3 and NHL are next), then the other fall games and then EA Access games, I see myself buying it sometime around October (before CoD and Halo). By then they will probably be $100.

I think I have about 200gb or so left. I think the console version of D3 is rumoured at 60gb(?!) and NHl let's say 40gb that's 100 gb. That leaves me 100 or so gb left for BF4, Madden and FIFA (I already have Peggle 2).

Now that I think of it, I think I'll have to buy the 3TB drive before Forza Horizon comes out!

Good to see X1 support external drives. Just hooked em up to the USB. PS4's internal drive only process sounds like a pain if you need to swap drives to play games on different HDDs.

I'm not planning on buying an external until I really need it. Currently I'm not really that close, but hopefully by the time I am the prices of some externals will trickle down even more.
 
Seems about right. I think that is what the Kinect 1 debuted at too.

If they bundled it with another game, maybe Crimson Dragon, I think that'd be a good enough hook. Dream X1 Kinect bundle would be Dance Central, Shape Up, Crimson Dragon, and GRU.
 
They could barely sell it bundled with the console for $100 extra, so I bet people will be dying to pay $150 extra with some game nobody wants...o_O

Crimson Dragon doesn't really have enough Kinect features to be bundled with Kinect though IMO.
