Game Lineup Comparisons v. 1.2

And I'm telling you its not a spin at all, you just don't like it. I have 10x more time to play games in the winter and I don't won't to wait around for whatever date to make it convenient for the argument. Like Bloodbourne, I would want to play it now and dig deep into it, not wait for the cold months because all my friends will be leveled up beyond my grasp. Winter/fall releases are better for me, simple as that. Its not impossible in the spring/summer, but less convenient.
These are great spring/summer games for me:

UC4
These aren't:
Halo 5
Forza
Bloodbourne
All have more than 200+ hours combined in both halo and Forza by spring, I simply can't pull that off in the summer/spring months, and if I wait, I'll be a complete noob already more than I am in halo 5 especially.

Its the wrong game for spring. That's assuming I liked it. I never liked the other DS games.
I have enough games on xb1 this winter, and multiplatforms, doesn't mean I wasn't looking forward to it, because I was.
I've had both. PS4 is better for me both in the long run in terms of games, features and OS so got rid of the X1. That's just my opinion.
XB1's line up this fall for me is even worse than last years at least Forza Horizon 2 and Sunset Overdrive were exciting. They really need to get Crackdown and Scalebound out; something different. I feel like Forza and Halo just came out yesterday with MCC and Forza 5.
Saying something being "exciting" is pure opinion based. Halo 5 for me is the most exciting multiplayer experience we've had in forever for me. Who knows what Forza features will be in. You forgot TR as well.
How do you know the games are better going forward though? Seems like sony's direction is indie based with a retail game here and there.
That's why I said for me. Halo does nothing for me. Forza does but IDK, I'd rather they had 3 years to make and TR I am not a huge fan so I might get it when it comes to PS4.
Forza 4 was incredible with a 2 year dev cycle. Did you play the H5 beta? Lots of non halo fans actually liked it.
Where is it confirmed TR is coming to ps4, the same was said about DR3 and Ryse. MS is the publisher like the other two and neither showed up on ps4. Also,, QB isn't confirmed as being delayed, but I'm sure you have some issue with that as well.
You mean starving the community the first 2 years? I agree. However before the excuse was the cell processor was difficult to handle and that attributed to the lack of games upfront. However if you are saying their lineup now is comparable to years past I completely disagree, their old retail limeups were varied and larger.
Just a few corrections. Kaz from PD has said this GT will be out quicker. SSM did not work much on The Order, they are making a new God Of War which has no chance of coming out this year. MM are doing Tearaway and a new I.P to be unveiled this year. GG have a new I.P called Horizon, and again I expect it be to 2016 but could be 2015 as it has been worked on for over 3 years. Guerilla Cambridge could be working on a new Resistance. Sony Bend are working on a new I.P but I'd say its unlikely to be 2015. Sony London are working on morpheus so expect nothing. Bluepoint who are not owned by Sony seem to be working on an Uncharted trilogy remastering though. If any game from SCE is coming this fall its from Japan Studio since they are the biggest and it could be Gravity Rush 2 or even TLG (lol I wish). This is not even taking into account a Ratchet and Clank will be coming this year and Quantic Dreams are working on new PS4 games and Level 5 are announcing a new PS4 game at E3.
But its not like they converted their 1st party to indie studios. They finished strong on the PS3 and you can make the case that maybe they shouldn't have but it isn't like they decided to stop making retail games.

Anyone can counter my points, as can I. I'm not slamming sony one bit, I just have an opinion. I have no issue with people liking less exclusive retail games on the easier to use software.

Because devs are finally starting to look past the PS3, history also proves it. I mean just 2 years ago, you still had heavy hitters like Beyond Two Souls, The Last of Us, Puppeteer, Gran Turismo 6, Tales of Xillia 2, Dragon's Crown etc. You can't expect them to give you those quality of games in the next 1-2 years so quickly. Just because Sony is more indie friendly this gen doesn't automatically mean they are indie based. Come on now.

I hope you are right, but there is no real way to know until it happens. The point is though by that time will tablet gpus out muscle these consoles? Graphics aren't everything but time is not on our side one bit. Its not our fault sony wanted to money grub all those last year 2013 ps3 titles, they could have EASILY moved resources over to ps4 games and we would have more now.
So they didn't just turn out a bunch of exclusives in 2013?
