Dat Zelda and Mario though... How could anyone who claims to be a Gamer not be excited about those 2 alone?

OK, sure. 1 game in March and hopefully 1 more 9 months away. Kind sparse by other console standards.
To play those 2 titles you are looking at an outlay of a little over $550 (console, pro controller, 2 games, online fee, taxes). For that same money you could own a PS4 Pro plus games, or if you already have one a PS VR plus games. Nintendo is putting itself in the same cost range as some pretty heavy hitters and it would certainly help them immensely to have more content.
Name them please!I only mentioned 2 but we both know more than 2 must haves are coming.
Us who are pre-ordering to ACTUALLY play it...know what's coming
You won't be playing it...buying it means nothing. So that would be me (just won a $500 Super Bowl bet so I am keeling my preorder)...but I only have 2 games on preorder...Zelda and Mario. I don't see anything else and you won't tell me. Why do I think you just don't have any other games to name?
Xenoblade? Ehhh.
Splatoon? Errrr.
1-2 Switch? Moooooooo!
Aw c'mon Oblong. You don't see it worth spending $60 to "play a custom version of FIFA" while using a smartphone app to coordinate MP gaming? So that would be me (just won a $500 Super Bowl bet so I am keeling my preorder)...but I only have 2 games on preorder...Zelda and Mario. And by the time FIFA comes out, Ninty's online fees will be launched.
You know third party support is bad when EA is willing to commit to one game and take a wait and see approach. You and I and the world knows they are going to sell 3rd party games by the hundreds!
Who needs to pre-order a Switch when it'll be available at stores? Just like Wii U. Tough to find at launch, but you could still score one walking into a store. Now Wii in 2006 was a different story. I don't think I saw one Wii on a shelf in the first 12 months. So again I ask you....
Did you pre-order your Switch yet Intell?
But we know you have zero plans to purchase the switch but yet you can't stay outa its threads just like you used to do in the PS threads.Who needs to pre-order a Switch when it'll be available at stores? You got to calm down and don't take these forums so seriously.
You don't know that. But we know you have zero plans to purchase the switch but yet you can't stay outa its threads just like you used to do in the PS threads.
Is trolling video games that serious to you?
So again I ask you....

I'm interested to see the mound of Switch games he'll buy. Ninty even laid out the cards what games are coming, what month and what key third party games are coming in 2017.So again I ask you, what games beside Zelda and Mario do you have preordered?
Why would I pre-order anything but Zelda now LOL?So again I ask you, what games beside Zelda and Mario do you have preordered?

EA is the company that makes EA Sports games well past they should, makes a zillion games across platforms and even made N-Gage games. Any piece of electronics that has a hint of gaming possibilities and EA will be there.
But not by console launch standards
Why would I pre-order anything but Zelda now LOL?
Purchase worthy games:
Zelda
Smash Bros
Mario Kart
Street Fighter
Xenoblade
Mario
to name a few
But not by console launch standards
I gave you a list..if you don't like it that's you.I don't see Smash Bros listed.
Mario Kart is just a remaster?
Street Fighter...I guess SFV just didn't do it for you if you would rather play a 20 year old game remastered?
Xenoblade is not most North Americans cup of tea.
That leaves us Zelda and Mario. So 2.
Another post that speaks for itselfWell, yeah some consoles. Like the PS4 had 2 decent games I played the 1st year (inFamous & Resogun). And that looks really bad compared to Nintendo's sparse offerings.
X1 did much better with their launch/1st year titles as I bought a handful for that console. Of course, all JMHO.
Another post that speaks for itself
But I will say this ...XBO lineup WAS TERRIBLE
xbo had nothing though.Opinion.
It had more than 5 games = fact.
And Switches biggest launch title is a port of a Wii U game Nintendo have been sitting on for months cause they knew how weak the line up was going to be.
Great list Val. lol. Ninty shows a partial list of games coming and in the 10 months the system will be out in 2017, you have 6 games. One game at March 3 launch, one stated as April 28, three games vaguely stated as 2017, and one game you listed that isn't even in Nintendo's game list. Why would I pre-order anything but Zelda now LOL?

Didn't know that. No wonder FIFA shows up everywhere! It's in EAs fifa contact they have to launch a fifa on every new console.
My local game is still taking day one pre orders
