What TV show have you seen recently ? Episode one

what do you mean i loved the first 2 seasons. this season has like 15min segments with no talking and you know what the outcome will be at the end of it. thats slow pace if there ever was

I get they use interesting shots but its not enough. I am still gripped on Jimmy's story so i am willing to sit through it but there is no doubt to me its OTT

Is that the one with the kids on the spaceship, sent to a planet?

It starts off pretty slow, but I enjoyed the first 2 seasons. Some of the twists start to enter mid-day soap television territory. Kinda similiar to season 2-3 of Revenge. "Oh yeah, lets throw in some Ninjas, and make everyone inbred."
 
Just watched the new E:60 on Ryan Leaf. I remember him big a huge bust in the NFL I forgot about his drug problem and trouble with the law. Was good to see he turned his life around.
 
Just watched some Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, and it's totally changed my life goals.
I CANT WAIT TO GO LEMMONADING!

Haha I'm a few episodes into season 3 and was bummed it was delayed but the actress who plays Kimmy was pregnant so they had to hold back filming until she had the kid :p Great show.

Did anyone watch Superstore? I know it just had it's season finale a couple of weeks ago but it's pretty funny. Superstore, speechless and fresh off the boat are pretty much the only network comedies I watch anymore, well the only live action ones :)

I finished Luther. I thought it was pretty damn good. Any word on them ever making some more episodes? Now I want to try some other British shows on Netflix.


Also finished the season of Shots Fired. At first I thought it was decent, but I lost interest as it went on. My fiancé liked it and if it wasn't for her I probably wouldn't have finished it.

Elba says he loves the character and wants to keep it going for a long time.

I started the new show Genius about the life of Albert Einstein (I have the first 6 episodes recorded). Geoffrey Rush is great as the old Einstein. It also jumps back to a young Einstein's life. I like it so far. Looking forward to finishing it. I did not know going in Ron Howard was involved in this.

It's like when people say they hate getting a hand job from a cold hand, but then you put some ice cubes in your mouth and they love a blowie!

She's amazing at playing naive and happy! I love her dancing in the first few episodes of season 1!

The Gorburger Show. It was a show on YouTube a few years ago, and initially got picked up by HBO. Disappeared for awhile then got picked up by CC.

It feels like Ally McBeal with sacrilege thrown in.

I love it. Brainless fluff.

Quantico, since the change in format I'm not liking. The show was obviously cast in the same mould as season 1 of Revenge, then they publicly stated that they wanted to make it more like CSI and Law And Order. Episodic with the story arc taking a bakeseat to the narration of the broader stroke.

I think since the prominence of services like Netflix, this was a huge mistake. People binge watch shows, and are more selective about what they watch. Nuances and subtlety are more important and appreciated now than they have ever been. People LIVE for the unexpected.

Good show, but now pedestrian.(also, booth was totally miscast. His eyelashes are too long and full to pull off a buzzcut. Not only that, but servicemen would never have that much manicured facial scruff, when it's longer than the buzz. He looks like Cornelius from The Hunger Games.)

Agents of Shield was awesome this season i looked forward to it more then flash and arrow every week.

Tried watching the first episode of Fargo but it didn't capture me like the opening episodes the previous 2 seasons, maybe i was just too tired and wasn't following it properly. Will give it another go eventually.

Finished season 2 of daredevil. Amazing series the punisher is brutal can't wait for his standalone series.

Saw the first and found it to be a little hit & miss at times but still a worthwhile watch.

I will have to check out that teaser.
