There needs to be a sticky here somewhere that anything they promote on Spike is going to be underwhelming.
 
I don't know how TF still looks so COD even though they are using a different engine, the textures and lighting still look the same to me.

A lot of the same devs and the engine is older then the cod engine no?

The Division? None, it's a Console game first and foremost and has been since it's announcement. Ubi has confirmed that this game is meant for consoles, PC's are getting a port so I would be more worried about how that version will turn out.

I watched about two minutes of the stream, shuddered, and turned it off. It was the part where the rappers were making "jokes" and then doing "music from GTA 5" ... horrible.

I just watched the trailers they have up on the dashboard. Thoughts:

I liked No Man's Sky.
I'd play a next-gen TR, but not for $60.
I think Telltale is spreading themselves too thin. Still, I'm interested in seeing what they come up with.
 
Well the past 3 hours has been... an experience. Back to DR3!
 
Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition might have been on my purchase list, if it weren't for the fact that I bought the ENTIRE Tomb Raider series (all of them, including the new one) for $17 on Steam.

If they can hit me with a price that isn't insulting, I might be tempted to double dip so the wife can play it.

Yeah, it's just really an unimpressive looking game graphically IMO. That being said every hands on reports seems to talk about how fun it is so I'm sure people will forgive how it looks, I also don't think they've ever shown anything but PC footage.
 
That Division footage looked delicious. I cannot wait to play that game, probably the game I'm looking forward to the most next year.

I have always liked her, I think she'd be a good choice as well even though she doesn't have the same effect on me that she does you lol.

The Division already looked downgraded to me. The cars from the E3 demo had insane detail. Now they look like they were borrowed from Dead Rising 3.

I know that every console generation has games shown off on PC. But man, I feel like we were really duped this time.

Not sure what you're looking at honestly. The game looks insane, miles above DR3.

They said days ago it was going to be a trailer that showed off the new engine. Not sure where people got "gameplay" from.
 
I get what he's saying. But Titanfall still looks great to me. Hell GTA 5 on 360 still looks great to me.
 
I totally thought that Donkey Kong game being shown was a 3DS game.

I agree. Feels like we may get new episodes spaced very far apart from each other now.:(
