The spaces between realities!
Was over on the Fallout Nexus looking for some further mods I could put into Fallout: NV. While searching I came across a ENB I hadn't seen before.
Downloaded it and...well..holy s*** does NV look like a completely different game!:surprise::surprise:

Next gen Fallout should at LEAST look this good! I expect nothing less. It's crazy! It isn't too demanding on your hardware either (at least if you have a halfway decent rig). Still wish someone could come up with an animation mod to fix the God awful dated ones from vanilla NV. If you are interested in this mod you can start here... The base mod works for F3 & NV.
You guys think next gen fallout will look this good at least??

Yes great mod that, I posted some pictures in the screenshot forum some time ago.
 
One of the reasons why "Next Generation" isn't a big deal to PC gamers as it is to console only gamers. Skyrim mods...don't get me started.

You won't see graphics like this on PS4 and Xbox One. Skyrim modded? Forget it.

Which is exactly why I haven't purchased either yet.
My gaming rig is doing just fine and then some! It sure is a shame though...another generation of consoles holding PC's back..ugh.

One thing is for sure (based on past games) mod support is gone be great on pc :)
 
Yeah....Skyrim has some crazy mods...I just haven't gotten around to doing any because I played it previously on the 360 for like 190+hours...
I'm burned out on that game.
 
I am seriously thinking of going PC only route. The weak spec on next gen consoles play a huge part. I will set up a delicated PC in living room. No sub 1080p or compromise.

The one think I hate is compatibility issue, which I still have on occasions, though rarer these days.
 
You should do it man! You won't regret it. You get access to so many things that enrich your gaming experience...not just the high resolutions and better performance.
As pictured mods that can extend the life of your games.
It really is a win win situation. Plus....you can upgrade at your own pace and generally driver support is still strong for slightly older cards so you won't be spending a whole lot out of the gate.

Only bad thing is exclusive titles I guess, & ability to trade games on consoles.

I have been gaming on PC a lot anyway, as many games are not available on consoles, like adventure games. They are not hardware intensive though.
 
I'd get a PS4 though...(which is what I am getting anyway) just so I don't miss out on God of War & Uncharted.
PC & PS4 this time for me.
Maybe a Xb1 some time later.

That`s about same I`m going with this gen too, only that are gone go with Wii U and Ps4 for the exclusive games then rest of the games are gone buy on pc.
 
I really dig that first screen, it looks like a real world diorama was built then you took a picture of it. I don't know that I would play the game that way, but it certainly is a neat visual style.

I really can't see myself getting the WiiU unless the next Zelda is like the most amazing game ever made. My old roommate had a WiiU and he never played the thing. Ever.
It has to have some really compelling stuff for me to warrant a purchase.
 
Already played it on PS3 but found the game and all DLC for like $5 on a Steam sale... going to have to check out this mod when I get around to playing it again.

I've tested a few ENB''s with FONV and gotten decent result, but this one is simply gorgeous, it seriously looks like art. Which ENB is it and what are your settings? If you wouldn't mind posting your enb ini settings that'd be much appreciated.

You should at least get a PS4. Unless you don't like their franchises.

I've been thinking about new PC hardware for awhile now.
 
There is enough material generated by Skyrim modders to make a Skyrim 2. Bethesda should get with these guys and do it, for the consoles, and make some money.
