Anybody else's Amazon pre-order not even prepped for ship yet?

I ordered extra controller and Kinect mount from Amazon and my console from MS Store. No e-mails from neither.

It happened to me before but I still got my stuff on time. It's probably that the system is behind or something.(hopefully)
 
Gamestop Ireland (online) started shipping last night. A few people have received theirs already, including my friends brother.
 
Mines is getting prepared and I'm going out to Best Buy with bro to get his at midnight.

Called them and said, "We're currently out of stock on this item." I said, "This was pre-ordered within two minutes of it going live in June." I forgot to ask that if they didn't have it in stock then why did they open up more pre-orders a couple days ago?
 
preparing for shipment along with my extra controller. games still show as preorder. day one preordered on june 10th from amazon.
 
My went into prep this morning at 3am. Theres an amazon center in pennsylvania and im in maryland so they could send it out at 10pm tonight and still get to me by tomorrow. It all depends on your distance from a distribution center.

Im guessing you live in an awkward distance from one of their centers. Its porbably UPSs fault rather than amazons. It could also be a glitch, I get orders from amazon well before the expected date all the time. If they ship yours later today then go by UPSs website rather than amazon
 
Got an email from Amazon saying there was a problem processing my payment. I checked the bank and everything is ok. I hit retry payment on Amazon and now it says delivery of 11/26. I too, preordered in June. It's ok though, my wife and I are at her mom's house; she's very sick with cancer and we're not sure when we can return home. Kinda puts things in perspective.

I'm pretty much in the same boat; I'm in Maryland, my order started Preparing for shipment sometime last night. As long as I get a tracking number by this evening I should be fine.
 
So, apparently I changed my payment information, which I didn't do. I updated my credit card expiration date a few days back. They claimed I changed it today. Even so, they explicitly sent an email out stating the following.

We're contacting you about pre-order ------------ for Xbox One Console - Day One Edition.

Before your order ships, please make sure your payment and shipping information is correct:

1. Go to https://amazon.com/openorders.
2. Find your order and check the expiration date on your payment method.
3. If your payment method expires before November 2013, click "Change Payment Method" on the right side of the order summary.
4. Either update the expiration date of the existing payment method and click "Retry payment method," or select a different payment method or enter a new credit card.
5. Verify the billing address and shipping address. If necessary, update either by clicking "Change" next to the address you wish to update, then select an existing address option, or click "Add US Address" or "Add International Address."

Updating payment information will not affect your estimated delivery date of November 22, 2013.

Also very sorry to hear that and will say a prayer for you and your wife. I have a 13 year old nephew who just had to have a heart transplant (was a normal, healthy kid and got a cold and things went downhill quickly). He's still in the hospital because it's only been a couple of weeks since the transplant but he and his parents have now been away from home going on a few months now because he was transported to a Children's Hospital in another state. Tough not being home and having the comfort of home but it's good your wife's mom can help care for her. Wishing you both the best!

I got that e-mail a few days ago to so apparently if you do adjust your payment it does affect your shipping. Just not right, would definitely contact them and complain that all you did was do what they suggested you do and according to their e-mail it should not have changed your shipping date!
 
Thanks everyone for the kind words. She's 85 and went downhill fast. She's sleeping peacefully most of the time and won't be suffering much longer.

I got that email and almost changed my shipping address...almost. The cynic in me said that there is no way it would end up well for me.

Updated to Shipping Now! Still no email officially saying it's been shipped, but shouldn't be long now!
 
It's 10:30 AM CST and I find it odd my order isn't prepared for shipping yet, especially since it's to be delivered tomorrow...
