History lesson!

MC was one of the people trying to get others banned from the TXB multiplatform forum because their opinions didn't align with his.

There are few things that get under my skin. Especially from posters on a video games forum. But one thing that does irk me is someone like you stating that I try to get people banned. Thats beneath me. Get lost and stop lying.

I'm bound to catch flack for my statement but I don't give a chit. Never have. If the Xbox one was any other product with the same games, features, camera, community involvement, price and positive feedback from its fans, everyone here would agree. Every forum dweller here knows it.

a lot of what you believe is bound by opinion rather than fact, and that's ok. I can't argue with that.

now where this may fall apart is later on. unlike the PS3, Sony has matched MS on just about every major level where they were able to advance forward last generation and more with their new system, both from a technical perspective and marking wise. and THIS, my friend is not an opinion. it is a fact. MS obviously saw it otherwise they would not have retracted a lot of the ideas they originally wanted to do with the XB1 briefly before and after launch.

If someone doesn't own an Xbox One, should their negative opinion on it be invalidated? My point being that you don't have to own a console to form an opinion. This is held over MC's head constantly.

But make no mistake, as the console landscape sits right now, I totally disagree with MC about which is better. I see them as comparable. But the PS4 does have better hardware and a bigger stable of first party studios. Both have and will put out great looking games though.

I feel like Microsoft either badly misjudged the market or totally under estimated Sony. Sony has beaten or matched Microsoft on almost every aspect of the gaming industry. The only thing Microsoft could benefit from big time is if things move to the cloud in the near future.
