This is the final part of the review of both consoles. It's going to be short as there's not much to say and it's a conclusion that I assumed would be the case.
If I had a choice to buy a multiplatform game for either the Xbox One, or the Playstation 4, which one would I get it for? The answer... It depends! Each console has their pluses and minuses. If the game was a FPS online shooter, I'd get it for the Xbox One. Why, the controller, Elite and regular, and because of Xbox Live. If the game was a single player where controller preference plays little importance, Playstation 4.
If I was able to use the Elite on the Playstation 4, without a workaround, I could see no reason to get a game, other than exclusives, obviously, on the Xbox One... Even with how solid Xbox Live is. The Playstation 4 just has more horsepower and games simply look and perform better. There's no way around it. Even games of the same resolution just look better, to me, on the Playstation 4.
How I want it to be is not the reality. What is the reality is to own both consoles and to use each console for its strengths. The Xbox One and Playstation 4 both have their own strengths and weaknesses. You buy games for the console handles the game the best for what it is. When games come out that's exactly how I'll purchase them.
