Troll? I'm hardly trolling, your claiming success when there are no released sales figures to base that claim on. I never said the Shield is a failure. I never said Googles console will be a failure, nor never professed my hatred of Google. I was only highlighting the challenge of entering the casual end of home consoles. I referenced Nvidia's Shield as a more powerful entry point for Google. Though without any sales data from Nvidia it's hard to say that the Shield was a success or a failure, though in most cases when sales data isn't flaunted or even revealed its not a good sign. I never made up any nonsense about sales figures, I asked you to state the figures, which you didn't.
BDaddyK I can't believe you'd claim NVIDIA Shield sales aren't great when you know absolutely zero about the sales and especially when all you needed to do is a five second Google search and find these headlines. You clearly have no hate agenda.

That Nvidia Shield quote is literally from less than two weeks after it launched and I'm pretty sure it launched with limited supply.
There are no notes on how well the unit sold, but we know there isn't a ton of games being created specifically for it, but it is worth pointing out that there are plans for a Shield 2.

So you have no basis for saying sales are not great other than that the lack of bad news is bad in wake of the product selling out at launch. That's no better than your comparison of corporate giant, Google, to a kickstarter project. If you don't care for the product, you don't care for the product, but that doesn't mean you patter baseless FUD. This Google console isn't meant to take up space with the Big Three in console gaming. Take care.

Just as you have no basis to say sales are great, or that the Shield is a success. You can't use a company execs' almost year old quote saying "sales are great", that's not sales figures.

I wasnt comparing Google to Ouya company wise, I was referring to the lower end Android console market, which they both could operate in (it isn't even known what the Google console might be). I was inferring that the Ouya didn't set things on fire, it had some awareness as it was Kickstarters second highest project ever. Google would prolly make a better go of it, having the benefit of being an astronomically bigger company.
I'm not hating on Google, or saying/wishing the console to fail. I am merely stating my opinion on the subject. I'm certainly not spreading FUD. I also never once said it was to compete with the big three either, just as you can't say where it is fall either way.
