I'd reckon many of the Japanese publishers/developers will have at least 1 console exclusive to PS4. However, I don't think the FF7 remake will be exclusive to ps4, nor will Shenmue 3. I also don't believe they are going to release in 2018.

I want to hear more about the new Sucker Punch IP (open-world western?).

From your list, God of War for me. I'm nervous but excited by the new direction they are taking.

My list of most anticipated is
God of War
Days Gone
WiLD
Yakuza 6
Yakuza Kiwami 2 (if it gets a western release)
Spider-Man
Detroit (Until Dawn showed me I can enjoy this type of game)
Shadow of Colossus remake (never played the original)

Even though I'll probably be getting almost all 3rd party games on the One X the PS4 Pro is still likely to get most of my play time.

SP's game was rumoured to be western but without much veracity and we all have seen how true that turned out lol.

Or... maybe a surprise PSX December release

I don't think WiLD ever did. I don't think Tushy did either. I'm expecting 2019, but who knows.
 
Sucker Punch has staffed up considerably and has been working on this game for over 3 and a half years. Honestly if this comes out in 2019 it is only because they have too many exclusives out already or they don't want to release it in the fall. If it comes it definitely has to be Q3 latest or push it back to 2019 as new I.P's need time to stand out.

I hardly want many 3rd party games... Most of the game experiences I want are what Sony offers = Mature interesting storylines based off of the SINGLE PLAYER experience

Anything short of what Sony offers is 2nd place, and on the backburners compared

This was a major reason why I switched from 360 to PS3 last Gen... Sony has the Devs that make the games I look forward to playing, and they keep bringing new SP IPs late into the Gen

Completely agree with all of that.

Except I do want some third party games, like ACO and Far Cry and Bethesda.

After TLoU2, I'm very interested to see what Naughty Dog does next... They have 3 Dev teams (So I've heard/read) so they must be working on something new

With Mass Effect dead, Dead Space dead, and their TLoU comics pointing to a Space action/drama... I have hope it's an Action Horror in Space with deep RPG elements

[Edit] Btw, Isn't it funny how so many gamers think Naughty Dog is not a Sony 1st party?

I don't really like horror, but an SF action-adventure with RPG elements sounds interesting. although kind of ... vague.

I think we can leave it to Naughty Dog. They'll give us something good.
