Science, of course. And yes, it does change, and NEVER does it claim to not change. Your lol towards science is, well....lol worthy. I mean, lol'ing at science, yet not at the belief of some mystical ancient god. That's rich.
Science is my religion as well. That said, I don't necessarily believe there isn't a god or gods.
Science isn't bad,but its based on assumptions that we think are fact.
The bible doesn't change. Its just that the message gets twisted so people can reach their own personal goals that are not spiritual.
God is god, Science gets us closer to comprehend what god has given us.
Look you don't believe that up to to. But don't mock my religion and expect me to be silent.

No it doesn't. It takes an assumption, test it, and whatever data comes up will show it as fact or false thinking. That's how stuff like the Big Bang Theory, Evolution, Gravity, the Galaxy, etc. was discovered. An assumption was believing that the Earth was flat and the center of the entire universe. People believed in it so much that they associated it with religion. Believe that God made use the center of everything. Now we know that not only is the Sun the actual center, but that we aren't even the only Galaxy in town. So if the universe was even made, we aren't even the most important part of it.
Its not in the bible that we are the center, also alot of things you said are theories, not fact.
I think you'd be surprised at one that no one would think is still just a theory.
And what we know to be fact seems to change every decade, that's what I meant by assumptions.
I.E. The galaxy is set never moving, now its expanding.
No, the fact that these things have and continue to occur, are facts....how they occur, are theories.
Also, they are not "assumptions", saying so, tells us you don't know what assumptions are. Science is the study of said things via observation and various forms of experimentation. Science does NOT claim to be absolute.
I'll say it again, it's incredibly more lol worthy to lol at science but not towards the belief of some crazy ancient god. There are so many holes in the bible, it's not even funny anymore...it's just sad.
No science is not nonsense.I just don't think people should put faith that its fact. As we learn more, science changes. What we thought was fact turns out not to be.

And science doesn't "change", it learns.
For example, there's gravity. It doesn't change. "Gravity" in of itself is not "science", no more than a slice of bread is science. What scientist know of how gravity works throughout history is a learning process, again, through observation. Hence "theories" of how things work. It doesn't "change", because they don't claim absolutes. Another example....science does not claim to know how evolution occurs, what they do is offer credible theories, and theories they fully understand can evolve as they learn more.
Scientist are smart enough to say that "this" is what we believe makes whatever tick based on the evidence at hand, but if presented with new evidence on the contrary, then hey, we learned more.
Followers of the bible cling on the what the bible says, even when we know very well certain things are hogwash. How someone decides to believe in something that has no credible evidence to back it up and then laugh at something that does have credible evidence is baffling to me.

I see no point in putting my faith in man or man made things, I see no difference in putting your faith in science, or putting in a game console.
Also if there is no god why should people live in a moral way. If its just science and nothing else. Why shouldn't robbing,murder, stealing be accepted. If I'm stronger than you, than I should be able to force my will on you.

Living life a certain way....abiding by rules and laws, is man made, and allows man to live together in unity.
You don't "have" to live a moral life, but you will suffer the consequences of man made rules. Morality is subjective, and differs from place to place....and from time to time (historically).
Oh, and you certainly are putting your faith in man made things, as religion is.....man made.
The bible is the word of god. Religion is man made.
But what if I don't care about consequences. What's to stop me then?
What's to stop me from putting a bullet in my head, when things get rough. That wouldn't effect anyone.
Mans moral laws mostly are based on gods laws, at least here in America.
Also mans laws make NO sense sometimes, and change dramatically from place to place. Gods laws are constant.
One more thing going by mans laws. In some countries I could kill my wife off she cheated. So is that living in unity.
I read some news stories recently that scientist are starting to think that evidence they are discovering now about the big bang and creation of the universe is starting to point at a creator (God) theory.
Nothing is to stop you.....the same way as nothing stops millions of people living immoral lives.
I could spin it and say the bible is the word of man, which to many....that's all it is.
It's not news that there are scientist that are also christian. Science is just a study. Way too often christians think that science is anti-religion...it is not.
I am a man of science not faith. I just found it interesting. I do believe there is far more going on in our lives and the universe than we realize and short sighted religious people chose to be blind and discredit every new discovery or idea.

Take evaluation for example. I think micro evaluation is true but not macro evaluation, science comes from religion. Its just that now Intelligent design and other Christian beliefs are not only dismissed as fairy tales, but people who believe are ridiculed as ignorant hicks who are unable to see what's in front of them.
The difference is if scientists found this to be true they'd admit it. If scientists found this to be false, religious people wouldn't admit it.
Yep, you show a religious person proof of something and they will tell you its wrong because it contradicts their beliefs/religion.
I have an open mind about everything. I learn as much as a can on a subject and make up my own mind. The bible and history around it for thousands of years has always been interesting to me, but when it comes to its beliefs I think people take it to the extreme.

No joke, true story, and dude was very very serious....he claims there were no dinosaurs. He claims that the devil put the bones to deceive people into believing earth is older than what it really is....you know, the devil, being the great deceiver and all.
So yeah, you hit the nail on the head. Many religious folks will flat out deny what is proven to be true, or false.
