For something many believe to be darker and grittier than Spider-Man it sure is bright and saturated, is the dark part supposed to be the added vignette?
They should ask insomniac if they could borrow their newly unreleased assets from tlou mp GAAS, I’m sure those would fit the mood better,
I still think this should’ve gone to naughtydog instead.
It’s all just placeholders tho, some of the assets may even be from older games. It’s still got three years to bake.
But from the looks of it it seems they’re going with the MCU height of 6’3 instead of the comic canon height 5’3, or maybe he’s a bit shorter here, maybe 5’10?
Goddamn, that is giving me Uncharted especially the cinematics plus God of War fighting vibes. This is going to be good but leakers pretty much damaged their timeline and reveal which majorly sucks for the studio. Venom?! Spiderman 3, and then X-Men?! Marvel inking all these deals with Insomniac lol and who could blame them given the success of Spiderman thus far.
That was my thought as well. I know those are place holders and I know those aren't the final graphics. But that game play is their end game and it's not looking good at all.

Two year old as of the day said video was taken, doubt it’s a video that’s two years old with added years of development. It’s definitely not a vertical slice for sure tho
Also this was Spiderman 2 and God of War early builds. Lots of visual improvements will be done for the launch build.
Thad a later build, Spider-Man was still a cube in earlier builds
3 years to polish it up. I'm sure it'll be fine.
