I still have mine disabled. Could not stand it.Good to know the man who killed it with the PS5 will again lead the team for the development of the PS6. My only question is, will Sony once again give us hardware innovation with not only the console but the controller as well?
I always thought rumble was good enough, but like the saying goes "people don't know what they want until you show it to them". And that's true of the Dualsense Controller.
I miss exotic hardware but I like Cerny consulting with them. His design work on the PS4 and 5 was/is solid. Had considerably less hardware issues as a consumer with the ps4 and 5 than I did with the PS1,2 and 3. Hope he works with Sony until he retires.
RROD on the 360 has been the only system that has ever died on me.
I will say that the 32x/Genesis/Sega CD monstrosity was hanging by a thread.I never had any console die on me. *Knocks on wood*
I had a bad launch PS1, dead in less than a week, had a bad imported dreamcast that the import shop thankfully replaced, had an issue with my original PS2 and my launch 360 lol. Only disc based consoles that never gave me problems before this gen were original xbox, One X, PS3 slim and PS4. I have had issues with my Series X when it does large updates, it just locks up and I have to unplug the machine to get it to work again but I think that's just a software issue not a hardware failure.I never had any console die on me. *Knocks on wood*
