I see Bluehole are tweaking the blue zones on the PC test server, which is good to see. The decrease in contracting speed for mid to late game would be very welcome on Xbox.
Every match is different. I had one match where me and one guy were in the same area. I'm scrambling around for weapons - just knew this guy would show up any moment. I find a shotgun. This guy pops up, NO weapon. I'm thinking, "I got yo goofy ass now!" Sum bich kept scrambling around like a cockroach - punching me. AND WON!
I was so ashamed. That was it for me for the night..
So true!Shotguns are surprisingly bad in this game. If I run in a room and see a machete and a shotgun, I'm honestly grabbing the machete first.
With the janky aiming, it is hard to hit a target jumping around.

Great for hiding behind a door with.I’ve had a some kills with shotguns. Great weapons for clearing houses. I’ve also killed people outdoors while they’re trying to run away.
This is so true. It's surprisingly more difficult to win up close with a shotgun than it should be, especially when the other person is dancing around unarmed or with a pistol. And besides the jumping around (which is silly and unrealistic for a game like this -- they need to reduce the 50" vertical jump height, for sure), I'm also finding it really hard to shoot anybody running side to side. I'll miss and then try to adjust, but the janky aiming makes it's super difficult to realign on the target. Meanwhile, the guy doing the running seems to have no problem hitting me WHILE running -- go figure. So it seems that at least some people are figuring it out.Shotguns are surprisingly bad in this game. If I run in a room and see a machete and a shotgun, I'm honestly grabbing the machete first.

I don't know if I've ever played an Xbox game that has made me want to curse my enemies and smash my controller so much, then immediately jump into a new game, than PUBG.
All you PUBG experts on Xbox, who are getting 5+ kills every game with the controller (using weapons, no vehicular manslaughter), I don't know how you're doing it, but any pointers are appreciated.

You're terrible at using everythingHave to agree on the shotguns. I think they are terrible. Or, I’m terrible at using them. Either way I don’t use them at all. I’d take a 1911 pistol over a shotty any game.
You're terrible at using everything
Wrong. I’m lethal at driving!
That's true. Hopefully one day that lethality will be unleashed on the enemy.
I couldn't find that, but I tried. If that was 100ft in the air, upsidedown and a raging fireball then it would be representative
I couldn't find that, but I tried.
That is ok. Next time he plays I'll get a pick for youI couldn't find that, but I tried.
Sooooo damn close!!!! Came in 2nd in solo. I thought I had it. I had a M4 fully decked out and this badass sniper rifle (AWM) I got in a drop crate. At the end I got shot then saw the guy and put a sniper round into him, it didn’t kill him but his next shot got me. S***!!!
