Awesome. I like games starring giant rat birds.

Have you played DA, there are areas which U4 do better from what we seen, but DA have some nice materials & lightings. They have better contrast (bright in area directly under the sun, & dark in shadow areas) like you would expect from a sunny afternoon. You expressed your opinion and I expressed mine, that yours was really dumb. Get over it, it wasn't a personal attack.
But really, I can see maybe saying you like DA:I's art style better, but to say it has better graphics than this is just factually false on all technical levels.
To be fair, I watched Youtube at 1080p. Maybe its the compression. Still I think lighting is better in DA, but otherwise, U4 looks better.I love DA:I and have about 65 hours put into it so far, that said UC4 looks leagues better IMO, the textures are much better, there is just a much higher level of fidelity with everything. I honestly think it's a night and day difference in the level of quality, especially when you look at the high quality gamersyde footage. That's not to say that DA:I looks bad at all because it's beautiful in it's own way too and I can't say you are wrong since you are just voicing your opinion and mine is no more valid than yours.

Passing a remark from what you seen, & passing judgement before an end product is different. Its not going to matter, UC4 isn't finished, lets judge it later.
Makes you wonder why they release videos/media if we are not allowed to form opinions on them. It is marketing, it is showing off the game.Passing a remark from what you seen, & passing judgement before an end product is different.
You shouldn't judge a game until is its done, but for sure, you should be able to comments on what you see, IA, animation, gameplay, visuals.
Obviously things can change & improve.
Isn't it the point of discussion over gameplay videos of Work in progress games? Discussing what you seen?
Whats important is people do not get carried away.
I love Godzilla, love me some Godzilla.
How come nobody is talking about "The Forest"? Even though the trailer was short it looked pretty dang cool to me. I'll be keeping an eye on that one sure.
Old news? Well shucks! I didn't get the memo on that one there eVo7. I better start paying attention to all game releases from here on out, PC included. I wouldn't want to make that mistake again.

Mofo is even more like Indy now with his whip.

You're right. Drake was always like a modern day, badass version of Indie. But now even more so with his new abilities. I have no doubt this will be a great game and set the bar in many areas......as long as they don't include chase sequences like was in UC3. I didn't like those. But its become clear UC3 was developed by the B-team while the real wizards at ND developed The Last of Us.
Yes, about 50 hours in. I love the game, but everything about it looks last gen and is not even on the same planet as UC4.Have you played DA
Don't get all butt hurt. I was just informing you.

Oh, I see. Now I remember, you are the one that complained about DA visuals in the thread DA thread. Funny thing is I even replied to you that I agreed. But playing it does change my opinion. The polygon count still last gen, as is character models, but the lighting & materials are actually quite impressive, & definitely not possible last gen, if you look careful.Yes, about 50 hours in. Always classy...
If only some gamers are as classy.
If you look at comment sections of gamespot or IGN, you thought the average age is 12.

lol...do you not get titred of spinning all day long ? It is a positive comment for the Sony show.I'm surprised he even felt the need to respond. That's quite telling actually.
Not if you read itWas this classy? Or was he really saying, "I saw the event, and because of that I'm feeling really good about Xbox in 2015. [HASHTAG]#lolps4[/HASHTAG]"?

b**** when people show negativity. b**** when people show positivity...no winning with you people.
Not if you read it
So perhaps I was right.....Seems I was extremely naive to think forum goers could handle some positivity from a competitor. Original post is deleted.

One huge difference is the quality of the foliage, there is a lot it in Dragon age but none of it looks particularly good nor does it interact with the player at all. It moves in the wind but when you walk through it nothing changes. Dragon age looks better than a last gen game but it's not really a graphical showpiece other than some of the art they've chosen. Things like the animals looking like plastic and characters more than 20 feet away looking really choppy as they move don't help either. It's an awesome game though and parts of it truly do look great but it's pretty uneven graphically overall.

Is UC4 open world ?
