Double dipping GTAV

I would also have choosen pCARS and LotR Mordor, if they were in the poll.

I've been promised a copy of Alien Isolation, Garry Napper used to sit at the desk next to me at EA we are old mates and I've hassled him, that's 60 quid saved.

Man, thank whatever deity you all pray too that I only need to purchase the odd game these days. I'll likely be reviewing a good handful of these games but the ones I don't review will be snapped up (for the low, low price of $79.99 these days in Canada) with a smile on my face. The only 2 I'll pass on are DriveClub (it didn't stack up just yet after playing it at E3) and GTA V because I'm weird and that one just doesn't do it for me.

What didn't you like about Driveclub? From the vids I have seen and mostly positive impressions from E3 seems like it should be good.

To many great looking games coming out! I will never be able to afford all the ones I want.:(
 
I only buy about 1 AAA game a year. The rest is all indies! Add some to the list!?
 
Definitely: Destiny, Halo: MC Edition, Assassins Creed: Unity, Far Cry 4, LOTR: Shadow of Mordor
Probably: Evolve, Call of Duty
Maybe: Dragon Age: Inquisitions, Battlefield: Hardline
Outside Looking In: Sunset Overdrive

Although TLOU and GTA5 were 2 of my favorite games I've ever played and I would love to play them again, there are just too many other great to play for me to buy them again.
 
I never buy an 'enhance' version of a game I played. If I am in the mood, I may get a new console with a a game. Still haven't decide yet.

It will be one of these.
1) Destiny & TLoU with PS4,
2) Sunset & Horizon 2 with X1.
3) A tablet and/or PC upgrade.

I have an 'issue', which is I hate to spend money.

Haha, despite doing not too bad. I continue to look for bargains, & yesterdays hits.

But I really wanted something for my hard work, & man, do I work hard this year.

No room, poll only holds 10 options. I guess we need a second poll to contain all the other games.

That's a good sign. We've got a good fall/winter coming up.

I've got that issue, too, but every once in a while, I'll just let myself go. It's no fun being a tightwad 24/7. And like you say, you deserve something for all the hard work. "All work and no play..."

Haha, but definitely, I am going to change my near 5 years old iphone when iphone 6 drop. If Iphone 6 disappoint, I may get a Nokia. A tablet is a replacement for my dying laptop. I will see, but I will get something in Fall.
 
Definitely Dragon Age, Destiny and Halo. Evolve is a big possibility if the better half lets me spend that much but with Destiny and Halo I don't know if I will be able to stomach another shooter, but it does look damn cool.

My latest plan is (X1):

I will definitely get either Fifa or NHL (just one)
Destiny - maybe, still not sold on this game

Either I will get COD or Halo MCC for the multiplayer. Leaning towards Halo if there's a good community. Also if Destiny MP is really good and I'm still playing that this will definitely change. I don't see myself getting another COD, but I say that every year and buy anyway.

I will get AC Unity and Far Cry 4 eventually, but not until next year.
 
So after the last few weeks, a few delays and some new release dates, videos (gamescon ext) has anyone's fall/winter day one games changed?

I have 3 on pre-order and that's going to be it for the remainder of the year. Nothing else interests me and or I don't have the time.

- Fifa 15
- Halo MSC
- Call Of Duty

I did have Battlefield on the list but it's been delayed. That's not a bad thing for me personally.

Go with number 1 or 3. The Xbox One is starting to remind me of the GameCube.
 
Had to modify my list, and probably still will, but as it stands:

Smash Bros. for Wii U
The Master Chief Collection
Sunset Overdrive

I'll buy these games with my own money. Possibles include:
Destiny
CoD

And maybe I'll ask for Little Big Planet 3 and GTA V for Christmas, but in reality, I'll probably only get like three of these total.
 
Depending on how much money I have and if I get a part time job while going to school :/ Sunset Overdrive and stuck between Evil Within or Shadow of Mordor. Trying to support new ips more this generation. Only really want the master chief collection to try out the Halo 5 beta and play halo 2. Got an Xbox One off of ebay. Now if only the person would ship it. :(

Also Legend of Korra game and Oni. Saving up my bing points for those games. :p

Yeah, it helps but if a single player experience is good enough, it isn't a requirement. For example Dark Souls 1 and 2 would still be my favorite games without the co-op/invasions. Those games are just there to tide me over until Bloodborne. If they also turn out to be amazing, that's a bonus!
